We should be ahead probably, but far too slow with few players making forward runs.

Spurs have been poor. Ward shaky but excellent save which hopefully might give him some confidence.

Timmy poor but made second goal. Justin has looked good.

Impressed by Faes so far.

Spurs look poor and create very little apart from being dangerous at set pieces.

The 3 points are there for the taking.

Said it before but selling Kasper and not replacing him was a crazy, crazy decision.

Not terrible.  Look ok going forward for a change and we've been effective in defence at open play.  Yet again though, defending set pieces is atrocious.  We can play as well as we are capable of, but give a corner away and it could be a goal.  So fragile.

Daka not a lone striker, needs Kel with him.

Confused as to what Tielemans position is.  Seems to be more or less a second right back.

What is our new defensive set piece coach thinking I wonder? Surely he has to say something at half time?

we’re not gonna fix it in this game so best advice is to prevent spuds Tom getting corners or free kicks anywhere near our box. That’s about as safe as we can play it

Faes had a good first half, so expect him to be 'rested' and replaced with Amartey.

Spurs there for the taking. They are terrible at the back. If only the leprechaun hadn't ruined our heads we would be all over this. We can be more direct and cause more problems.

Don't like one up front.

With Son set to come on and Harry not yet scoring 4 I'd honestly take a 6-2 defeat as confidence building going into the international break

It should have gone to Iversen, not Ward.

Oh no we do?  Time to change it then Brendan.

If only we had those necessary players during the transfer window, we might have had a chance, such a shame…..

Well it's entertaining at least.

Not sure if in pleased or not because we've played really well on the ball but absolute bombscare.

No defensive confidence at all. If someone can sort that we are still a very good team.

No way they don't score again.

Faes has looked alright, Justin much better and Maddison has been bright and scored a great goal.

Nacho on for Daka at half time and we actually could win this

I'd keep Daka on and bring Barnes off, we need to score goals to get anything out of this with our defence.

The worrying thing is Spurs have looked pretty shit yet could’ve easily had 4

This.

They've still got Son to come on :nigel:
