Hes one of those that would look so much better as part of a competent back line and i don’t think he’s had that with us yet. 

Even just by putting Ricardo in the backline should be near enough sorted. Starting Belgian CB, starting Danish LB, Okoli who's on the fringes for Italy, and probably our best player at RB. 

 

But we have a shit manager so it won't happen.

Not true. He's broken that law because he always makes a big mistake at least once a game, whether that be giving the ball away, being in the wrong position or even just awful decision making, that normally leads to a clear cut chance. He's broken the curse

I’ve never understood the criticism he gets. Today he was absolutely superb and developing a really solid partnership with Okoli

Absolutely tragic how we've gone from unearthing signings like him, and Fatawu and Stephy and Okoli tbf to settling for  BdcR, Ayew (who has his strengths, but he's not very us, is he?) and Edward.
