We’ve all been saying it for weeks, but it’s amazing what happens when we have an actual right winger who sticks to the right and doesn’t create this massive hole in the team which Tielemans has to go and cover at right back.

 

Praet has to stay on the right from now on. Bring Maddison in for Soumare and go 4231. It’s so much simpler and better balanced.

Credit to Rodgers, starting Praet was the best tactical decision he’s made this season.

Calm, sensible performance. On the ball we missed Maddison but off the ball we were excellent.

 

On to Wolves which will pose a bigger challenge.

Leeds were shambolic. Glad we've won. Position on Rodgers still not changed. 

 

Faes was quality. Barnes had a good first half too. Praet was decent until he got tired.

We need to win on Sunday. Then we’ll be out of the bottom 3 and actually be on a decent run of form.

We've seen some shit games in our time and that was right up there but got the win. 

 

Leeds were abysmal and we shown no real interest in playing football second half. But Ward was probably his most commanding although hardly tested. 

Clean sheets improve confidence but we don't win many games playing like that.
