Not many teams scored three goals at Anfield and returned home empty-handed

We did exactly that last season in the cup.

What an absolute shambles our club is becoming cannot believe how poor this club and team has become shite manager incredibly shite goalkeeper ! TOP DONT KNOW WHAT HE IS DOING

Haha come on, before the game people were predicting we'd lose 9 0 tonight someone even suggested £100 on a 10 nil Liverpool could be good investment but in the end we lose 2 1 only down to two flukey own goals ie Liverpool themselves couldn't find the back of our net, remember Liverpool walked through Aston Villa mid week away

Going to very slightly defend Barnes here. He is too isolated and carry the load himself, but a prime Vardy would offer assistance by being an out or drawing players off.

What worries me is we haven't got any other plan, Vardy is likely nearly done now. At least with Ulloa for example we had a target man of some sort.

Just a personal opinion fella, thought he handles Salah fairly well compared to the full backs he's ripped to pieces during his time in the prem

He did play well today. Shown lots of bottle tonight to play like that.

Nacho isn't a lone striker though, we can't play him like we would Daka or a younger Vardy. If Maddison isn't going to be fit or goes then who else is there?

I actually meant Nacho *with* Vardy.  As in Vardy can't carry the attack on his own like he once did.

A bit of a crap festive period, beaten by Newcastle at Home, should have beat Liverpool away, but ultimately helped both teams grab 3 points each, an improvement today yes, but can't help but be a little piss$d off, with it all.

Not awash with match winners from the bench.

Doesn’t need match winners from the bench, just needs some structure and a clear plan on how to build an attack. Every time we got the ball we didn’t have a clue at how to get at them and needlessly turned the ball over.

Played really well but this is what we need to do.

Buy a good CB

Buy a good Left winger

Buy a good right winger

Buy a good LB

Buy a good CM

Sell Barnes

We need another striker as well.

Well quite frankly anything is worth a go at the moment. I still worry it's not enough. I don't think Vardy could manage a huge run of games now, he's barely noticeable at times. Some of that down to us not getting into good positions of course.

If we manage to stay up this season, we're going down next season.

Don't care who's in charge, the squad is a shambles, Youri and Maddison will be gone, the rest just aren't good enough.

No other member of our squad gets in to a top 6 side.

Oh. We're also skint.

The future really isn't bright.

Relax ive got dyche's mobile #. He can work wonders on a $0 budget.

Fair enough. I just thought salah was poor personally. But I’m not a fan of Thomas so I could be bias against him. I think he needs and has needed to go out on loan for 2/3 years now.
