I agree and I suspect it is because they're trying to do deals on the cheap. But it makes no sense because the more desperate you become the more clubs/players know they can hold out for more money

We have serious problems at this football club. Problems bigger than we have seen for decades. 
 

That aside and taking this game in isolation the biggest frustration for me their first goal was a counter attack and we had TWO out and out defensive midfielders on. How the **** does that happen? The entire team just collapsed and Forest walked through. The same thing happened for their second but at least by then Mendy was off and we had gone for it a touch. But at 0-0 to conceded a goal like that is criminally unacceptable. That is just coaching. Or lack of.

Nope. His management of the media over the past few weeks ensures the narrative is around the lack of backing. His reputation is fine.

We have some poor quality players out there today, coached and set up by a manager that isn’t doing us any favours, we need fresh blood on and off the pitch. Get Dyche in before Everton or West Ham do, if we go down he’s best set to get us back up.

Club legend but its time to give Vardy extended period out the side now. Either his head is gone with all the stuff about his Mrs, and on top of that seems to have lost so much of his pace that caused teams problems, I want to see us play a different way

 

Unfortunately as we all know we have cocked up the recruitment of a new striker, knowing that this day would come eventually, however I would like to see either Kelechi or Daka get an extended run to see how we go, and have Vardy as someone who could possibly stretch teams late in the game

I don’t think it’s intelligence. I think it’s lack of desire to be here. Lack of belief in what they are told. They’ve given up, which is unacceptable!!!!

Give over, the standard of football has been poor for the best part of 18 months. We have shoehorned in a playing style that doesn't suit us. We've lost all intensity and directness in our play and we lack the fight and grit that many of our successful seasons have been built on. We are in the exact same position that many fans of his previous clubs told us we would be after a few seasons under him. Yes Barnes misses chances, but that Forest team should have been put to the sword today, but he doesn't have the bottle to send a team out to play with intent. Everyone complains about this squad, look how much they have regressed in his time here, their miles off it. So many players in this team have shown they can play above the turgid levels they are churning out under this clown but they have lost the confidence and freedom to play in a team that is allowed to show any attacking intent. The blokes taking home 200k a week and is unable to provide us with the structure and organisation to be hard to beat, a feet that a league 2 outfit managed against us only last weekend.

Looks like we are passing on the East Midlands premier league baton to Forest, this is a ridiculous relegation considering where we were 2 years ago. Total disconnect from top to bottom.

it looked to me like we pushed up our defensive line as Forest bought on an extra striker. Pushing up our defensive line put us at risk on the break which is how we lost our 2 goals. Johnson’s pace was never going to be matched with our back line. 
 

we had our B team out there today, and out of form as well but it was the wrong tactical move wasn’t it, we should took off ndidi for nacho and perhaps Daka for Barnes swapping sides with Albrighton. Could have even swapped Castagne for Thomas and played Albrighton as a RB.
