Was thinking the same to that post! If we got Robins and he brought players in to propel us up the league to promotion I’d be alright with that He does tick a number of boxes for me; 1 - Longevity at Cov. Wouldn’t be using us as a stepping stone like Rodgers was from the start. 2 - year on year improvement with Cov. 3 - used to building a squad on a budget with a club in a mess. 2

Raj Posted 16 May 2023 Posted 16 May 2023 Roy Hodgson and Neil Warnock combo with Sam Alladyce waiting.
Wortho Posted 16 May 2023 Posted 16 May 2023 McKenna from Ipswich although he’d probably rather stay there, rather than join this carnage. 2

I’m just not sure they exist.

He's done a great job at Blackburn (including beating us, with a thorough technical analysis of how to exploit our weaknesses) and Malmo before that. Edited 16 May 2023 by bald reynard 2

Perhaps a Danish coaching team, with Kasp on board? 2

Pretty much the same as the previous season and arguably bottled a play off spot
Dan Posted 16 May 2023 Posted 16 May 2023 Carlos Corberan for me. Has overperformed in both of his jobs in this league and he'd come here. Don't want Parker. Total fraud. 1
Speedwell 🦊 Posted 16 May 2023 Posted 16 May 2023 I’d like to see Michael Carrick have a crack at it.
Paninistickers Posted 16 May 2023 Posted 16 May 2023 Mark Robins all day long. Experienced. Comfortable working amongst a shambles. Knows the division inside out. Any other current championship manager is incomparable 1 1

frany104 Posted 16 May 2023 Posted 16 May 2023 Go abroad and get someone or somebody young and hungry. Diego Martinez Knutsen Carrick Mckenna 1
Paninistickers Posted 16 May 2023 Posted 16 May 2023 Don't get the vvankfest over Carrick. He looked absolutely hapless as Solskjaer:s assistant. And has had one single half decent season as manager. I want a better CV than that. In fact, I'd tho k I'd even take Solskjaer over Carrick.
