Doesn’t look great does it but he is rock hard - would take a bad one to keep him out

If that was Evans, that’s him gone until April 2024

Hopefully he will be fine with an ice pack or two. But does highlight how precarious are CB situation is, I do think we need another CB do not rate Vestegaard.

This season will be a bit of an acid test for injuries. If we continue to pick loads up you've go to start seriously investigating what's going on.

It's a bad start here, hopefully precautionary but he's hardly ever injured apparently.

Sticking your neck out there mate, this is a controversial opinion.

Ironically something that Vestergaard never does. Have you ever seen a 6ft 4” Cb get beaten in the air so regularly?

Most foot injuries tend to be impact injuries. Which generally don’t tend to be as bad.

Looks like Vesty will be starting v Tottenham then!

We have centre halves coming out of our boots. I'm sure Souttar and Faes and the Cov lad and Vesty can cover, with JJ and VK filling in

This ****ing club man. What the hell is happening at Seagrave?

I mean if he got an impact injury in a friendly what do you think the club could have done differently?

Just luck.

If he snaps Maddison I’ll have his name on the back of my shirt.

I don't think the club could of done any different (apart from him maybe not playing an additional 40 minutes or whatever it was).

But my point really was about the awful injury luck we've had. Never known anything like it
