Message from the Chairman.

"togetherness" also nonsense. Asking the fans to be accountable when those running the club are far from it!

Just a load of word soup these things, I get why they do them but it's patronising nonsense.

Promotion isn't something we should be celebrating either, it's a necessity , even more so with the mismanagement over the last few years.

Up the city!

“We need you to be the 12th player” PC gone mad again. What’s wrong with saying “12th man?” Everyone on that pitch tomorrow will be a man.

Im not long for this world.

Leicester City Chairman Aiyawatt Srivaddhanaprabha pens a note to the Foxes faithful in Saturday's edition of CITY, the Club's official matchday magazine.

We’ve reached a crucial stage of the season and our fight to win promotion back to the Premier League. As we head into these vital final four games, I wanted to take the opportunity to address our supporters directly.

The Championship is a long season and we have fought hard to be in a position where our destiny is in our own hands. Now we must stand together, fight together – players, staff and supporters – and do everything we can to get over the line.

Three of our four remaining games are here at King Power Stadium and that is an opportunity we must make the most of. Give the team every bit of support you have. If things go well, be the force we use to capitalise. If we suffer in the game, be the force that pulls us through. Our opponents must fear they can never break our spirit, never break our togetherness, never break our belief. Foxes never quit. No matter what.

From first whistle to last, we need you to be the 12th player, to lift the team when they need it, to make life difficult for our opponents and to leave the stadium having felt you’ve made a difference to the outcome. Players and fans together – let’s leave everything out on the pitch. We all know the results we need. Let’s play our part in fighting for them.

Foxes. Never. Quit.

Aiyawatt Srivaddhanaprabha
Chairman

I agree with it, the hidden unmentioned essence is “ The last couple of months have been s**t haven’t they, forget that, (sorry no refunds due), we now have a mini-season of 4 games, win them and we get back to the Premier League.”

It’s the right approach as you can’t change what happened vs Plymouth, Millwall, Bristol City, QPR, Boro but I do hope they’ve learned from those games and worked on avoiding further repeats as you can guarantee the likes of Preston will have taken encouragement and had plenty of flaws identified for their own game plans.

We’ll see in this mini-season if there is that intelligence to respond and adapt rather than leap lemming-like off cliffs week in week out.

Hope you'll be down the KP tomorrow with your clapper and kitted out head to toe in club shop nonce tackle 🤣

Thing about the forum is you hope people take inference from the body of your posts rather than relying on an emoji - I think you’ll find Cork’s post is heavily dosed with sarcasm.

Hey ChatGPT write me a messages to Leicester supporters encouraging them to back the team for the final 3 home games…

Just generic fluff.

Having said that, as supporters, and those lucky enough to be in the stadium for the last 3 home games we do need to drag this bunch over the line. Scarfs up, balloons and a ripped up Sporting Blue in hand. Back the lads and don’t leave before the final whistle!

It was an 'expected' PR message to try and soothe things, to try and bring positivity from the top-end.

Make it seem like it's from him then. This is no different to any other message.
