Now we are 1 win from the title, will the trophy be in Preston on Monday night ready for a presentation if we win?

Or would it wait until the final game. I'm sure I remember Premier League rules about not lifting the trophy at away games?

(Have tickets for next Saturday, and haven't seen us lift a trophy in person since the League Cup in 2000...)

The EFL sent it Bellend Road two weeks ago on the recommendation of Don Goodman and its gone missing.  So doubt it can be presented tonight even if we did win:dunno:

Not a bus parade but maybe something on the balcony of the Town Hall opposite the fountain.

Has seemed to go down well with a great atmosphere on the rare occasions we've done that.

This is the best solution. 👌

I wonder if they will set up the trophy presentation in the corner in front of SK1? That seems to be where the players go after every home match (that was sarcastic humour by the way, so don't shoot me).

The trophy is probably being shipped to Thailand as we speak.

They'll do a second one in the corner imo.

No doubt they'll set up the "official" one in the usual spot.

On a serious note, whilst the club don't appreciate the SK1 corner, you can tell the players know that's where their main backing is.

Which poor Football League representative is going to draw the short straw and face a friendly welcome on Saturday. Hope Birch asks if he’s the  **** who got humiliated by us in court :D

Surely, we'll just have that Sam(some talent show contestant) lass who's local, save on the transport/accommodation costs.

Sam Bailey, I doubt if they’d have her back again after the last time.

Kasper had to step in and sing “we are the champions “ after she messed up the lyrics

I don't think a parade is necessary the players will celebrate in the ground with the fans at the Blackburn game.

It's happening.

Sunday so I'm told.

Funny you say this,  I didn't want to put this on and look stupid. My Mrs works with a guy who does the St John's ambulance stuff at the ground, he's been posted in town on Sunday for a parade. Altho it wasn't confirmed by the club at that stage.

Shame it’s early KO otherwise they may have set up a bit like when we had the premier league trophy presented with a fanzone outside.

added bonus: Some fans could have avoided the match altogether and just left early from there
