We could have had the same arguments for the Preston game - I think the players will be grounded and want to finish with a decent game in front of the home fans.

Blackburn have a better goal difference and just need a point to stay safe mathematically, but realistically they have a good change irrespective. Their rivals have tough games.

100 points is the most pointless stat. Blackburn will be treating this like any other game because they have to, our lads have been on the lash for what feels like a week now.

Out of contract players will have completely checked out. No one will want to get injured.

We are about as 'on the beach' as you can be. We are are free hit for Blackburn.

Not sure i care either.

I couldnt give 2 fecks about the game.

It'll be such an anti climax after the tifo and sining in the concourse.

Probably hear moans and groans when a p1ssed up Vardy misses a sitter cos hes 4 times over the drink limit and we are losing 1-0!!!

Should just give 3 points to blackburn if it helps relegate Birmingham,  postpone the game and get the trophy out😁😁😁

While all that is very true you need one CB with pace to cover the other. Otherwise they're going to fall back and cover the Goal.

A lack of pace will be exploited in the Premiership.

Yes I agree, though we did fine with Huth and Morgan didn't we but that was as much to do with the players and tactics in front of him. If we were to look at Doyle and Vestergaard as being slow, then if Vestergaard does leave, there'll be a vacancy for someone who can pass well in Enzo's system. Doyle however would ideally need a responsible experienced head next to him and I don't see Faes being that. In fact he needs one next to him!

Doyle was exposed at this level so will be in the PL. Mid table championship is his level.

If Doyle goes somewhere else, it will be interesting to see how he performs as a more orthodox centre back. Need to remember as a young centre back he's had to a play a completely new and difficult role but as generally done well other than the odd poor game.

Yeh I think it's just his general lack of pace, his passing is good, Vestergaard doesn't have pace but it a much better defender. He's young so might prove me wrong but I can't see it.

Maybe Coady and Nelson is the Answer with Faes.

Doyle might be better as a CB but he's too slow to turn.

I hope Ndiddi gets a new contract and Vardy an extension for another year.

Sadly Vesty and Doyle are too slow for the premiership and Akgun is too short and lightweightt hough he does have talent.

I hope the rest go.

I keep hearing this line said and it is absolutely ridiculous there are fantastic players that play/ have played in the prem

Not bothered about the players having a week to celebrate and give out awards etc. It's a shame they werent this relaxed for the last month. Playing without pressure is exactly what they need. 100pts would be great but I'd have taken 70 if it meant promotion.

So Saturday is potentially the last time we see Vardy & Albrighton, last of the legends. Add to those Ndidi, Nacho, Vestergaard, Doyle, Akgün and Praet. I wonder who, if any of them, will get a contract extension given our financial situation.

Could be a bittersweet day

Add KDH to the list.

Likely to be a very different squad next season.

Like who,

If they're slow they have to be covered or they foul.

Unless you're prepared to concede goals.

I've never met a Manager who's happy to concede goals.

We'll win 5-1

I think we will batter them too. Pissed it hungover whatever, no pressure we will go out on a high with everyone buzzing.

Be nice to get enough goals to finish top scorers in the division but feel like Ipswich could smash Huddersfield.

I'm 99% confident that the lads will smash Blackburn Rovers at home given the fact they will be playing with much less pressure on their shoulders as they are already promoted and title winners.

But then again, Huddersfield are all but confirmed to play in League One next season and might not have anything to play for.

Nelson at CB ? seemed pretty decent when he featured this season

He’s ready. Get a proper pre season in him and he will do the job next season alongside Coady and Faes.
