Just happy it's a loan so we can use him next season in the championship.

A real chance he's the only striker at the club after this season

We've had 2 managers here who didnt think he was good enough in the championship and now the Premier League. He might go on to have a good career but right now hes not deemed good enough for us.

Hes 21 years old, being not Premier league ready doesnt make him ‘a bit crap’. Kramaric wasnt fancied here by two managers, doesnt mean anything

Loving how TalkSport are questioning the sense of loaning out Cannon when we only have Vardy, an injured Daka and Iheanacho as options. Finger on the pulse there and an indication of perhaps how much the media should be trusted.

Same with Harry Kane... wasn't fancied by Nigel Pearson when he was on loan here

Plot twist - Popov starts tomorrow and scores a hatrick

He looked good the other night, would definitely give him some game time if no one comes in.

Wish we still had him

Cannon goes on loan, we decide through a mixture of ineptitude and blind optimism to integrate Popov into the first team

Good promotion of youth prospects or madness?

Let’s be fair, the attack is at least potentially better (Imo) but the striker element is in a considerably worse state.

Midfield looks hot.

This is the same Pearson who played him 15 times and gave him 25 minutes in each of the PO semi-final legs against Watford when he competed with Nugent, Wood, and Vardy for a starting position.

I think you are re-writing history a little to make a point.
