sharpylcfc Posted 30 October 2024 Posted 30 October 2024 Expect us to get battered tonight but would be typical Leicester to nick it but it's a Steve Cooper team so we get battered anyway.

I just don’t think he can play 3 games in a week and Ipswich had to be prioritised over this game. No Ricardo for this is absolutely the correct choice. 1

I want to know why Cooper has not picked any youth team players, Alves is on the bench but he won't game time ,I hope this is the end of Cooper, but as we all know it won't 1

Fact is no matter what team he picked tonight there would be a large number complaining.. C'est la vie.. 🤣 Presumably you didn’t cough up all that money to attend then.
jim5000 Posted 30 October 2024 Posted 30 October 2024 (edited) That starting 11 is a hot mess. It’s horrible. Soumare and Ayew Edited 30 October 2024 by jim5000

ian__marshall Posted 30 October 2024 Posted 30 October 2024 It won't happen, but imagine the meltdown on the Red Cafe forum if we somehow fluke a win with that side. One way or another tonight is going to be entertaining.

However, at least his past performance at the time justified the selection. How can any reasonable person give ****ing Soumare a starting spot after the shit he has served up in his entire time here. i guess for Cooper, he's taking him on his performances in training, and according to Sharkey, he was one of the best. i'd personally we just rather throw in alves and golding

urban fox Posted 30 October 2024 Posted 30 October 2024 They've gone practically full strength. RVN putting his application in for a job when Cooper finally gets sacked?
TrentFox Posted 30 October 2024 Posted 30 October 2024 Completely depressing line up. But my beef is that it should be even more awful. Why risk Justin & Okoli? The leagues matters. This competition really doesn’t as we are never winning it. Save everyone. Including Justin & Okoli.
Stuntman_Mike Posted 30 October 2024 Posted 30 October 2024 Usually I'd say I feel sorry for the fans who've made the effort tonight, but they're the mugs tbf when you factor the cost and that line up. Unless we sneak it
Stuntman_Mike Posted 30 October 2024 Posted 30 October 2024 I've deliberately put a wash on to coincide with kick off so I'll be loading the dryer as Ward walks out. 1
adam Posted 30 October 2024 Posted 30 October 2024 Doesn't get any worse than that. Poor Alves. Wasting his key development years with us. Be lucky to have a shot on goal.
RowlattsFox Posted 30 October 2024 Posted 30 October 2024 Cooper thinks it's a free hit but an embarrassing defeat us going to do nothing for him and put extra pressure on him. Admittedly we'd probably get battered whoever we played but at least it shows a positive mindset.
l444ry Posted 30 October 2024 Posted 30 October 2024 (edited) He could hardly have picked a more lightweight side, Ayew and Soumare aside). Gonna get bullied, pushed and run around like an Under 13 side. Edited 30 October 2024 by l444ry
RowlattsFox Posted 30 October 2024 Posted 30 October 2024 At least we'll be a threat on the counter attack.... 1
Aus Fox Posted 30 October 2024 Posted 30 October 2024 I genuinely don’t understand what line up everyone expected? We've actually not got a very big squad in terms of quality. We were always going to rotate for this game, especially with a huge game on Saturday. Ward was always going to keep his place after the last round. Ricardo can’t play 3 games in a week, Thomas is the only other fit fullback. Vardy can’t play 3 games in a week, we have 0 other options Edouard hasn’t even looked slightly interested when coming on. BDR needs minutes, Soumare like him or not in terms of squad what other options do we have?
