Growing interest in Juma Bah

Valladolid's center, Juma Bah, will stay at the club and is already monitored by several Premier League teams such as Newcastle or Leicester City

Real Valladolid's 24/25 season is not being easy. The Puebla club managed to reach promotion to the highest category last year but in the First Division the story is very different.Paulo Pezzolano was recently dismissed due to poor results and Diego Cocca will debut this Friday in Montilivi against Girona. It was Álvaro Rubio who took charge on an interim basis for three matches, managing to advance in the Copa del Rey and beat Valencia on the last day. Even so, the team is penultimate with 12 points and only improves the ches, who must still recover a pending game.

Beyond the convulsive institutional situation, where the rumors of sale by Ronaldo are increasingly acute, the violet team has in its squad two names that stand out above the rest. One of them is striker Raúl Moro. The Spanish U-21 international has three goals and is closely followed by Nottingham Forest. A sale is planned at the José Zorrilla this January. The other soccer player who could follow in his footsteps is the young center Juma Bah.

The only 18-year-old center arrived this summer in Pucela from AIK Freetong, a Sierra Leone team. Country where Juma Bah is from. In principle he came to reinforce the Promises, but quickly promoted to the first team and has established himself as an important member of the defense. He has played nine games to date, seven of them as a starter. His progression, forcefulness and aerial game make him an interesting player for the future. Reason why the market postulates and follows its steps carefully.

Bah landed at Valladolid on loan, but as reported by Cadena SER in October, the entity will keep the ownership of the defender. The purchase amount was not specified but it is a very affordable figure for the group chaired by Ronaldo Nazário. It is even said that they will place a bulky termination clause of 100 million euros.

In this sense, the Premier League continues to look at Valladolid. Beyond Raúl Moro, they also target the African. In the club's plans it does not happen to part with both players in winter but they would be willing to listen to the offers that arrive. Newcastle United and Leicester City would be the first teams to have Juma Bah on their agenda for the future. It is to be seen if the negotiations crystallize during the month of January or is expected at the end of the season to make a decision regarding his future.

Anyone think we need to change strategy slightly, isn't this the 2nd player we have been "in for" that has signed for Man City? I like the ambition but let's be realistic!

It shows we are looking in the right places but as always, we probably need to be quicker with getting deals done.

hardly looking in the right places if bigger and better clubs( just about every club in the EPL) are just going to waft us away to sign the player.

Its a waste of our time and before you know it the window is closing and we've done fook all.
