Loved that team, they actually put pride back into the club. Pearson's first two years were incredible. We must have lost a handful of home games during those two seasons.

If we are being brutally and depressingly honest with ourselves, we only need a striker, so I am not too worried about our lack of business yet.

Always makes me laugh when their justification is "life changing money". Morsey has had a good career, fair enough lower league, but a couple of seasons in the Championship for different clubs and a season in the Premier League. Been at Ipswich for four or five years now, he surely won't be on a low wage. Some people talk as if they're on Conference money.

Think they’ll still be pretty strong this season but can’t see anyone walking the league, imagine it will be fairly tight between Soton, Ipswich, Sheffield Utd, Us and Birmingham probably.

I think most footballers know how lucky they are, but I think some don't. I know its not all about luck but right place right time and all that.

Never seen a player so consistently be able to commit 4 yellow card offences per game without ever being sent off.
