The latest Vardy pod with Big Wes is actually much better than the other episodes which felt so dry with no soundbites worth listening for.

Same as last year the season was already a couple of weeks in before he went Italy. I know he's 39 but thought there would be more interest.

I think he has zero motivation to play for us again. He finished his career with us in the perfect way, with appearance 500 and his 200th goal. 

I suspect he will end up with a 1 year deal at a lower to midtable Championship club, or perhaps Wednesday to complete his footballing journey. 

I'd be surprised if he goes abroad again as I think the family struggled to adapt.

Suspect hes not being offered the terms he thinks he merits. This was the issue when hee was with us in his later years, we were over paying him for years, way more than he’d be offered at others clubs at his age. Another example of poor financial management.

The family didn't settle being away from England, so I would be surprised if he goes abroad again. 

 

I suspect he will end up in the Championship, as would be surprised if a Premier League club would take him.
