He will be looking forward to working under Dyche in a few weeks once the current Burnley manager gets sacked off and they bring him back

Good luck to him. There seems a few too many snide remarks towards him on this forum. Nobody on here actually knows what options he’s had, just wish him all the best and hope the Burnley fans get as much enjoyment from as we did.

Cheers Rebekah, all the best.

If he starts banging then in makes you wonder why the club couldn’t have give their best ever player a contract in the championship.

How much have they spunked on managers since?
Before anyone says he didn’t want to be here, he took a low salary in Italy. I’m sure he could’ve been temped had their been desire to keep him

I do think if the terms had been right Vardy would have happily came back, but one problem.. Rudkin say no more.

One further thing to add, with Burnley struggling you don't think he's got himself at the club to at least get his foot in the door to replace the current manager. Not sure if he's got any coaching badges, but with Burnley troubles most likely in 2 or 3 games if things don't improve then Burnley will be looking for a new manager.

They’ve put him in 45k a week. Never coming back here.

Has he ever said he'd fancy management? Doesn't strike me as something that would play to any of his strengths.

Fair play to him if he's getting 45k a week - I fear it might be a struggle looking at Burnley so far, but hope he can go out with a decent season rather than a well paid but underwhelming fade to black.
