This is the picture Palace want to paint. Reminds me of West Ham and Mads move. Put this on hold and then hope Leicester are desperate enough to accept £20 million plus add ons deadline day. At that price I'd keep and hope BEK can settle down to a year in he Championship.

Which is no issue, they've had virtually no-one of any significance in and have an extra competition to navigate. Glasner said the other day their transfer business has frustrated him. 

 

Maybe if Guehi ends up at Liverpool, they'll need Faes too.

I think Leeds would still be interested in him, as he suits what they need - a creative engine playing behind the striker. The question is whether Bilal would take a Leeds move over staying put and soldiering through a season in the Championship.

We need to put a deadline on this so we are not panicking trying to replace at the end of the window.

Think this is difficult and Palace know it, because as much as they may want Bilal, they also know we likely need to sell for a position of need.

Suspect we could sell at any point this window, and we must be overdue a 10 seconds to the window slamming shut fiasco.

If we signed him for the reported 21m on a 4 year, his book value is around 15.75m.

 

If we get 25m plus you are looking at around a 15m PSR positive swing with the profit and removing his chuck of amortisation of this years books.

im always looking at the amortisation to end previous june when it should be taken as to end next June as we’re now looking at 25/26 accounts

With Nico Paz rejecting Spurs i can see them buying El Khannouss for our asking price. Not sure who their alternative would be.

The club might also be trying to create a bit of a bidding war what with Spurs interested. Drive up the value. Dangerous game could net us an extra £5m if we're lucky.

Golding cost £5m on a 4 year deal. Literally costing us around £1.25m a year.

We sacked RvN and still have too many duffers on high wages with Championship revenue and reduced psr allowances. There is absolutely 0 wiggle room even with 2-3 more sales. 

I think it’s hard to say that on the basis we are in for Stengs who’s supposedly gonna cost £5m.
 

Could be a loan option though, time will tell.
