Because he was coming off the back of arguably our best organised unit of the past decade and a manager who had been in for years and had the squad playing for him already and in the best shape possible… Marti is off the back of Ruud and Cooper

Yes definitely. My comment is not an endorsement of the dragging of our heels with appointing a manager.

I've long accepted this. He however employs complete idiots, they're never accountable for their errors and even worse is when something good does happen he wants to be front and centre. So he can piss off frankly.

Honestly? It’s one of the reasons I dislike billionaires running football clubs. Whaat might work for a multibillion dollar buisness might not  work for a football club. Football is a very unique type of ‘buisness’

I believe he was signed from Deportiva Wanka, who signed him from FC Cuntum, who nabbed him whilst he was a youth at Cockermouth FC

How on earth does he need a visa when he was employed in this country as recently as a month ago? Just announce it you absolute shambles.

I would imagine his Visa requires an employment guarantor, so while it was QPR, it's now going to be us.  So a new visa.

that visa was for the length of his contract, when he was fired the visa was rescinded, he'd need a new visa if he was extending his old contract there too

- Lack of accountability

This is the biggest problem at the club and it’s filtered down to the players, look at the Winks situation, Vestegaard etc. Our stance should be one of a club not manager to manager. If you know a managers gonna get the sack anyway then why care because it’ll all be forgotten about when the next man steps in.

Then at board level we’ve proven through our “internal reviews” that no matter what you do you’ll still have a job anyways as your liked. I dread to think how anyone with any ambition at board level feels working with these gimps.

Correct, even if it’s just a simple administration change, we all know how long that takes in the UK. Ticking a box takes around 10 business days 🙄

Culturally everything is sclerotic. We were happy to appoint Glover even though he was on gardening leave.

By the time he was in post on the 1st of Jan we signed our first player (Kristiansen, big overpay) about three weeks later.

There’s no urgency to anything because of any combination of:

- Unclear processes

- Unclear hierarchy

- Incomepetence

- Lack of accountability

- Too much responsibility for individuals

- No delegation

What good has Top actually done since he took over? Whats improved? Whats changed for the better. F uck all and he’s a parasitic influence on the club

Apparently He’s written off a few of our multi million Pounds debts in recent years from his own pocket so that’s some good he’s done for us, I just wish he’d wake up and smell the Turf and move JR onto pastures new !

Does he need a visa to work in Austria?
