Fatawu has been unreal. Bilal buzzing about, connecting things. Mavididi looks fit which is fantastic to see. Been impressed with Skipp, who is snapping into everything, proper box-to-box. Mads is so good on the ball, it's genuinely calming seeing him in possession 😄 

 

Vestergaard can get in the bin. I want to give him the benefit of the doubt, but he barely looks like he's trying with some of those sloppy passes, or inability to win stuff In the air.

I think we look better under Marti at this stage than we did under Enzo.

 

Genuinely even with a points deduction I can see us battling it out for automatics.

There was no need to spew up about the lineup after all.  2 of the much maligned players in Ayew and Skipp are having decent games and Vestergaard has probably played himself out of contention.

Fatawu and Skipp excellent. 
 

And even though we like to slag off Ayew, his link up play helps make us tick.

I worry that if Fatawu has a great season he’ll be off to a ‘bigger’ PL team whether we get promoted or not
