I don’t think it’s too soon to play him, I think it was too soon to play him out of position.

 

If he was playing  deeper, I’d bet anything he looks better than either skipp or soumare

So I’ve noticed at times that when the ball goes out to Fatawu or Monga, other teams have  not just been double teaming them, but they’ve had a third man on them as well. This is partly due to the fact they know we have zero threat through the middle with Bilal out the side…

 

with the Bilal situation possibly settling down… if he comes back in for Friday I feel like we will be able to absolutely terrorize Birmingham’s defense and this will stunt their attacking due to needing to drop a couple more back.

 

im predicting a great performance and a win by at least 2 goals..

6/1 was going to have the single put them in a acca instead it lost lol

They brought on several of their first 11 in the second half when they were chasing the game, including Stansfield, Paik and Kyogo. They had loads of possession but didn’t manage a shot on target, not dissimilar to their stats on Saturday against Oxford.

One positive is they may come at us, so that will naturally leave space for us to exploit, we need to play with come conviction and pace and we can certainly have them. If we play to our full capacity, we should be rolling most teams over in this league, but therein lies our issue, we don’t at the moment.

Foot in both camps then...

Kevin Phillips, Curtis Davies, Stephen Clemence, DJ Campbell, Muzzy Izzett, Robbie Savage, Bruno N'Gotty, Geoff Horsfield, Chris Wood, Demari Gray, Michael Morrison.

 

Theres loads more but i cannot think of further

Any chance Ayew can go forward in this game if he starts, relatively quickly too?  At the minute living off one barnstorming run against Wednesday late in the game.

Probably applies to the rest based on Charlton game too

Without Bilal, I would be tempted to put Ayew behind Daka. One thing Daka does have is energy for the press.

Yes unless the player clearly wasn't giving 100% or left on bad terms I'm not sure why you'd boo an old player. 

 

I have no hard feelings toward him at all and my main memory is of that goal at Cardiff
