Looked a lot more dangerous through the middle in 25 mins than Ayew has all season, also led the press well.

 

Start him through the middle on Thursday.

Il take this any day over winks, soumare and faes wandering round looking pretty on the ball when alls good in a game. Work hard but not be good enough is fine by me. Just have some pride in the badge that anyone on this forum would give anything to have the opportunity to do.

He literally ran more in 10 mins ....3 times faster...than ayew did for his whole time on the pitch, 

Wouldnt it be great to have the experience of ayew and some of his technical experience,  with the energy and hunger of those 3 academy players

His energy and pressing really pinned Derby back when we were happy to let them have the ball.

He was picking up positions in the middle between the 2 centre backs, which Ayew didn't do at all. As such, it made their defence not push forward as much so our midfield could breathe. Not a technical gifted player, but lots of energy and did some nice things. I like his attitude and even though their number 5 tried to bully him, he kept getting back up and going again. 

 

I like him.

People are too reactive game to game, put in a shift and ran around and did fine.

 

He's probably not the answer to our number 9 issue.
