Think you need to go and look at the underlying data.

He hasnt got good tools or a good environment.  Working under dick and harry with a ageing squad that doesnt want to be here.  Until that is fixed, it doesnt matter who our manager is.

We gave up aspiring quite sometime ago

we’re getting sweet FA from this season. We need a complete reset in the summer

Which won't happen either sadly.

We said that last summer.

If this manager is not it then he should go.

Who’s going to join a team waiting for a points deduction? Completely unrealistic. We’re stuck with the bugggger

So you think we should have the 5th worse performing defence in the league?

The environment is down to him, hes the leader who creates the culture.

People keep accepting a lack of standards, I've seen better coached Sunday league teams.

QPR seem to be doing all right with a net spend of £6.5m

He got more than that with the loans of James and Ramsey.

Not to mention the young players here that would probably be starting for them.

well it kinda will, we've got 6 players out of contract, and fully expect them all to go, along with a few more the likes of Faes and even Fatawu

be more of a reset in the summer than we've had in years

He’s obviously not helped by how the club is run, but he’s shit. Not making any subs after we were 4 DOWN at half time is yet another completely weird decision of a person not cut out for management at this level.

I agree, but also doesn’t mean he’s the that choice. That right coach/manager can help guide dick and harry

He isn’t fit for the job and is stealing a wage so he should absolutely go but yes, nothing changes unless Top goes due to his incompetence. It’s all a lottery as to whether he gets lucky.  Very sad state of affairs some fans fought so hard (and continue to do so) to get us to.

Let's be honest, even if we replaced him and had an uptick in form, aren't we just papering over the cracks of what must be the worst football ownership model in England? There is just no way back for Top and we won't be able to move forward until the club is sold.

Thought this myself the other day. I honestly don’t think he could do anything at this point to get myself or many others on side.

Who still has a track record in the Championship that Cifuentes could only dream of.

Not with the defence he doesnt.
