We can't keep blaming every manager when the problem is clearly deeper than that.

Somewhere within the club we need a genuine leader who will identify and act on whatever the toxic elements are and build the club back up again with an ethos we can actually enjoy.

He’s not the only problem.

But he is part of the overall problem.

Too scatty and inconsistent.
Doesn’t appear to know his strongest 11, or system.
Talks well after a disappointing result. But it’s always too little too late.

Incorrect

He is playing what he believes is his strongest team.

What he’s not grasping yet, which is the worrying part, is that those players tonight are our weakest, not strongest as he believes (or is being told)

Leaving Ricardo out 100% means he isn’t playing his strongest team

He's point blanked lied about using the academy hasn't he?

Where are Paige, Evans, Aluko? Id accept watching four or five academy lads and getting beat with stupid mistakes etc. Right now we're playing the same old shit and getting beat on attitude mostly and work rate.

His team selection today was a disgrace frankly. Should be sacked for Daka, Ayew, Soumare all playing.

Is Kristiansen worse than Thomas? I know he's no world beater but Thomas...**** me he's so bang average

From our premier league relegation team he's been given 3 free transfer players.  I think  we need  to stay  composed and realise that going straight back up Leicester City will be difficult.  We have many outstanding young players but many are not ready yet.  The transition between the old and new will take some time. Let's stay  chilled and support the team during this difficult period.

Two months ago, the Rudkin Out chants were echoing round the ground. 1 win in 7 and we've given up on Rudkin and decided it's the manager?

No investment

Appalling decisions in all areas

Toxic squad

None of that comes down on the manager. He does need to play the best XI every game though. And fvck off Daka and Soy Mary for good too.

No point changing manager every few months when we have the same useless and uninspiring squad

Yeah this where I am to be honest, he’s got to rotate the squad but don’t necessarily agree with the personnel he’s using. It’s clear to see certain players have checked out, but it’s begs the question if we can see that as fans then why can’t the manager?

He’s utter wank and anyone who can not see that is blind. By far the most clueless clown in a long list of clowns employed by the club. The persistence with utter shit like Soumare is unfathomable.

Players are shit, that is the problem

And many who are on the final year with us, they don't care about our future, they've already switched off.

Mid table finish this season for us, 11th .

I think we need to be realistic, this rebuild is going to take a few seasons in the Championship.

By the way - any Cifuentes bashing from me is absolutely not an endorsement of those above him.

But I've seen enough already to know that even if the circumstances were right, he wouldn't be.

This is a genuinely hard job. It is crap. You've got a squad of shite being paid about 4x what they're worth and bosses who are totally inept in actually moving any of them on.

But he doesn't have no options - he's the one going for the old guard and aiding the declining value of our increasingly few players of any potential value. He's the one who is coaching virtually no decent phases of play.

He's got a crap hand and I don't think there are a load of managers waiting in the wings to make this whole thing click properly, but he is making a pigs ear of this. I genuinely don't know what the positives even are under him so far. Lack of squad churn, crap, ineffective football. Just nothing. I don't think Van Nistelrooy would be doing worse than this, and he was a ****ing joke.

Cifuentes - not the answer. I've seen enough. No point persisting.

He’s the managing equivalent of Cava. It’s dressed up like Champagne, you think this looks interesting, you get a bit excited about the bubbles and then you realise actually it’s just a shit imitation of the real stuff with a horrid after taste.

Please go and get a manager who will actually put his faith in youth.

Mate...   cava is good.

I think you will find that Marti is more Prosecco, or even perrier

I agree.  he is even worse tactically than Cooper and I couldn’t stand watching his football.

He wasted the first several games with his clean sheet nonsense.  A high lights package and data would tell you all you need to know about our squad.

Shit players and morons mixed with some quality.  The quality players have to carry everyone else and cover for their mistakes.

No player has improved, no player has new skills and abilities.

Our team struggle with the basics due to the useless defence, Soumare and Daka. Ayew and Thomas drain any energy out of the game.

Poor substitutions, team selection and lack of tactics is now a trend. The board can get the blame for the overall mess but he isn’t doing his part on the pitch.

Every game we get undone by a simple 1-2 on the wing and they are in, yet our wing play is pass the ball behind a player on the half way line so he has to stop, stand still and try and skin 2 players while everyone else watches, waiting for their chance to pass backwards.

The issue isn't the manager in this scenario... it's the players and their quality (or lack thereof)!

We're not in the prem anymore. Most of our players are more than good enough for this level under the right tactics and motivated properly. The issue is attitude,  not quality. We have some bad players but the championship is a dreadful standard.

Should have been Dyche or another pragmatic manager, but this man child keeps going for the slow build up.

However I dont think its time to be calling for his head yet, we have to live with the decision and give him proper time.

Club needs a reset anyway, few years in this division, and a new owner will do us a world of good in grounding people.

I agree that there needs to be change at the top of the club.

But that doesn’t mean that the manager gets a free pass. He picked that team last night and it went the exact way we all thought when we saw the team.

Football is so slow, people say we played well 1st half against pompey, we were ok but didn’t really create that much really. Lots of the shots were from range.

Just not sure marti is made of the right stuff, says the right things but performance doesn’t back it up.

He has absolutely nothing about him and should not be anywhere near the managers seat but the problem is Top. It will always be Top until Top ****s off.

We get rid and then what ? Top goes and hires Martin because that is the only manager he knows out there to play a style that doesn’t work for us and a squad lacking the technical ability to play it.

Further lies on transfers, players not good enough being rewarded with large contracts,  Martin fails and we fall

Yes Cifuentes needs to go but this energy should be pointed at the man whose own mother thinks he is an idiot. Ousted by his entire family. Now sitting in the chairman and ceo of seat of this club. A fool doubling down.

When will we wake up Leicester to the number one problem at our club.
