Amazing we signed Winks when he has a pretty similar profile to Soumare, incredibly short termist. We gave the former a 3 year deal which put us in a tight spot instantly when.

Then to compound the error, we spent another £25m on Skipp, to complement the non-attacking, non-defensive midfielder complement taking the tally up to about £57m.

At a guess the three will cost us about £120m with fees and wages in total but we are a very small club in the midlands so it’s ok.

I think the long term plan was to move Soumare on to Sevilla, however they didn’t take the option.

Disaster signing to be honest.

21 weeks (roughly) to the end of June at £80k a week, nearly £1.7m saved by getting rid. Result.

If we haven’t had to grease the wheels by contributing, which I would strongly expect we have and will have will the likes of Coady, Faes etc

This will be my only post on this transfer with regards to the Jogging Donkey as he's barely worth the typing energy.

I don't care what the fee was.

Excellent news that he's gone.

One less exorbitant wage on the books.

But most of all -

FVCK OFF AND NEVER COME BACK !!!!!

To what tune?

I said both Winks and Skipp were poor signings when they were confirmed on here, got laughed at. No surprise. But then again we don't seem to look forward when we sign players.

That 10 foot square piece of turf that he ambled around at the KP will be able to grow back now.

It won't because after last weeks display Hamza has moved into it.

10-12 good games? That’s one of the biggest exaggerations I have ever seen on here.

He had a run last season where everyone was lauding him as being like a new signing. So that’s a good 6-7 games. Then you can add Ipswich away, Moscow… and a handful of others. I’m not defending him, he’s been awful on the whole - but I think you’re wrong.

King's press conference explanation was unintentionally brilliant. Almost mentioned in passing and less than bothered where he had gone, let alone that he had.

Offset by more incompetence hiring a mid table manager then additional termination payouts alongside staff
