So that’s utter nonsense also that we’ve not released one. You stated retained lists aren't released until around contract expiry dates. The inference was that you were talking about all clubs, not just us. So yes, what I said was true. And those dates are also not not that close to contracts expiring are they? Closer than now, yes but not very close. And when we talk about releasing the list, I think the general issue, and what we're talking about here, is that the club does not communicate to the fans. To be fair, they have actually been better the past few years (still not good) but you shouldn't have to go trawling through the PL/FL to find that information (often long after the fact). And I'll keep my eyes peeled for 28th May since you know that's when it's being released this year

We're talking about WHY there isn't a manager in place, not about the success of the City Group's approach. Citing McCarron's background is about contextualizing how a managerial decision is made by someone who has worked in that set up and why its not unusual for them to take their time. Lost the plot is a very poor turn of phrase. I hope you don’t suffer mental health and ever have such a gaslighting turn of phrase put at you for having an opinion. my point is that the city group approach isn’t very good. And if an analytic data based tactic is taking four months and if we use the example of Lommel, means appointing Steve Bould or Lee Johnson (McCarron’s appointments). It’s not a very good process hence a red herring
Guest Mickyblueeyes Posted 23 May Posted 23 May Lovely the new DOFs hope. Positivity. I’ll tell you what though, new dickhead reports into bigger dickhead who still reports into the utter worthless spineless piece of shit **** bastard. Otherwise known as Aiyawatt. The quietness, lack of update etc. is all down to the usual governance issue we have had under the bastard.

Call me cynical, glass half empty I just don’t ever believe that this football club will ever be run properly whilst Aiyawatt is here !! So I don’t believe the above whatsoever ! It would be a boring world if we all believed the same thing I guess I can’t blame you tbf with your cynicism with what we’ve seen these past several years now, but here’s hoping hay
Spanner73 Posted 23 May Posted 23 May 7 hours ago, Pliskin said: The biggest issue with this “reshuffle”, is, it’s all well and good appointing a well thought of young person to rebuild the club, but the main problems are still here, John Rudkin and Top, both of which are incompetent and incapable of running the football club. I just fear McCarron’s work will be futile, as neither Top or Rudkin will work with him. I imagine it will be a bit like Mike Bassett slipping notes under the door, and they never get read. I fear he will simply get frustrated and leave. Every good part of the operation has left under Top and Rudkins watch, which doesn’t fill me with any confidence at all. Totally agree with everything you’ve said
Cropwellfox Posted 23 May Posted 23 May Lommel promoted, somehow escaped with a 0-0 draw, Dender hit the bar and goal line clearance in injury time. Lommel 0.09 xG. bullet hopefully dodged.

RichardGearman Posted 23 May Posted 23 May (edited) Keep an eye on girona vs elche. City group club managed by Michel, took them from the 2nd division to the champions league, had his squad torn apart , now staring down the barrel of relegation. If they go down, Michels stock is in the toilet and with mccarrons link, might be a shout for the job. Edited 23 May by RichardGearman Mistaken spelling 1

Sky are lucky to have him.

Dan Posted 23 May Posted 23 May Cannot believe I'm reading excuses on here. How bad do things have to get? They're absolutely clueless. We know their hand. We should assume failure until proven otherwise. 2
