Hi all it does not matter what manager you have it could be Doris the Tea Lady or Pep, IF you dont have the right players for the right manager it does not work.

A lot of Managers could be succesful IF they are 1) given time, 2)  those above them get the players that he manager wants.

You Do Not need top players you need a team and a big slice of luck where everything aligns ala LCFC 2016 not the best players but my God the best team ever.

If a manager whats a fit team get hard working players like Bournmouth if they want skill  and ball retention like Maresca get the like of Winks.

Its not an easy fix, its not a devine right it takes time.

Leicester have had great long term managers who got success in the end, Frank Ofarrel, the brilliant Jimmy Bloomfield, Martin Oneil, the iconic best ever Nigel Pearson. Yes I hafe not said Claudio necsuse he was short term.

Bottom line is Give the New Manager a chance he is only as goid as the plsyers he inherits

I dunno. He'd probably test positive for a lot of things.

Given the way US Healthcare is going, that's going to be a common problem :( :P

What? lol

If hes as competent as you're saying he is then yes, absolutely. Of course you'd plan for 2 scenarios that are very possible.

Honestly the main weird thing is that we've not said goodbye to Rowett. Either we want him or we don't want him. Keeping him around in limbo is literally what we had with RVN.

The argument was that he should have had all of this done in March. But he only started at the end of March. It isn’t realistic to expect a full club analysis, a recruitment strategy with player profiles, and a data‑driven managerial shortlist to be completed before he even had access to the club.

Yep, he’s playing in the Royal Windsor Cup at the Guards Polo Club on 2 June.

No doubt a few interviews may be fitted around the match.

If we get one of usual candidates like Rylan etc....then nothing has changed, nor lesson learnt. Poor McCarron hasn't had any affect on teflon Rudkin.

If we go left field, or get someone like Challenor that has experience in this league, then I'll give either time.

Bet it's for the 10 year anniversary game, I bet he's been told big crowds expected.

Nixon reckons we’ve spoken to a lot of managers, thought we had one but still no announcement

Gonna bring him out on the pitch at the 5000/1 match

Media spin by the club. Feed Nixon tripe to make us sound busy.

If we've spoken to lots, that's worrying as well. Scatter gun approach?

I'd rather scattergun than the most likely alternative where we interview 3 or 4 before deciding we wanted Martin all along. Keep the scattergun going lol

It’s the same every time, we waste the first month talking with completely unrealistic options.

who do we think potter, Enzo, Parker, Southgate, Rafa?  They probably all got a call.
