First job should be asking the remaining staff what the cause of the relegation was.  What were the issues with the training, players and tactics?  
 

If they don’t know get rid.  If they do know, get rid for not fixing it or finding solutions. 
 

Then start trying to move on those players. 
 

Everyone needs to back in early to work on fitness or **** off and get their agent working. No wasting time giving toxic, lazy, ‘experienced’ players a chance at the expenses of others. 
 

Have we got any coaching staff that know what they are doing?
