How much? I bet it was absolute peanuts. £2mil max, my guess.

Part of the agreement was not to publicise the amount awarded, which at the time did.seem odd.

Must be in our accounts somewhere !

If it was low enough for the club to decide they won't work with Liverpool again then that's pretty telling.

So the most promising ones are becoming the passive income. The passive income ones probably get loaned out at first when they're 20 to League Two, end up in our academy until 22 and then released.

Needs an overhaul. A couple of good players coming through doesn't fool me that this is an effective set up. If there was one thing Rudkin could possibly argue in his favour it was this and he can't.

About £500,000

More than Staff but less than Dans

As stated elsewhere it was agreed that the actual amount would not be made public as per FA tribunial rules

Regarding Motsi it might help if we actually had a robust Policy & Procedure regarding Agents like everyone else has to stop some of them waltzing round Seagrave like they own the place

How will we find a manager if we don't let the agents waltz around Seagrave?

Under £2mil lol it's a farce. We're actually lucky Monga agreed a new deal and it's why I give him a bit of leeway as well. He could've easily done the same. I wonder if he thinks he made the right decision.

again, there was tweets like this last year for Monga, and they proved to be false; as well as a few ITKs saying the same.

At this stage, due to the player and representatives having to notify the club before the start of June if they intend to leave it is more likely to have substance. Either way we will find out soon enough.

This is a huge problem by the sounds of it. Rudkin is in bed with the agents. The effect is to an extent, we’re relying on them for recruitment and deciding the future of our talented youngsters, away from our club.

The powers that be clearly won’t join the dots up. Farce.

Ric if there is anything I’ve learnt since being on this forum, there are weird people

on the internet who like to make shit up.

Again, I won’t search through this forum or twitter for the comments last year about Monga but they were the same

I hear you mate but around May time with Monga the rumours changed to him staying as they have to have notified the club by end of May if they are leaving as a scholar. So if Motsi is off, people will now know.

Our entire transfer policy is controlled by agents, because Rudkin hasn’t a ****ing clue what he’s doing.

Deals like that should at the very least have 50% sell ons and bonuses based on appearances for the club taking the youngsters based on the level of the appearances, or else it really does discourage producing young English talent for anyone but the big 6

Or at the very least introduce that fee’s should be negotiated should a player make X amount of first team appearances. It incentives clubs to give young lads first team minutes to protect their future value on a young player.

As per my Monga thread comment

But us mere mortals looking on football forums don’t half big up players and then slate, in this case Leicester City for not keeping talent but, the academy is doing all it can to keep Motsi but due to age there is very little that can be done if [x] player is drawn to a [name] club it’s what all young lads dream of.

Kids what 15 and whilst he’s ripping it up now anything can happen & it’s not just our poorly run club…take the hottest prospect right now Yann Diomande, I’ve mentioned him a few times now.

Chelsea and as quoted on here the “we’ll run clubs” of Bournemouth & Palace all had him on trial & all passed him up yet at 19 he’s next transfer & possibly with Liverpool this summer will be north of 80m & probably over 100m …shit happens but in the case of Motsi it’s his age & a kids thinking that is stopping Leicester City from keeping him not it’s lack of trying.
