As the comments said underneath.

Chaplin, Martin and Ings not signing.
also, @StanSP can confirm I told a WhatsApp group with him and a few people about Souttar putting in a transfer request a few weeks back and the interest in Ballard and Adebayo

Elijah Anuoluwapo Oluwaferanmi Oluwatomi Oluwalana Ayomikulehin Adebayo is surely the longest name we've ever had?

Of course they do, but when you have nothing to spend it makes life difficult.

Looks pretty clear to me it brings us zero benefit. I'd imagine they're doing work but absolutely none of it is used. Probably a bit of a saving to be made if we're just going entirely up the agents route.

I think with Nigerians or those of Nigerian descent, the additional names are given by various members of the family and aren't on official documents for example

What i find pretty stark is that as finances have become extremely limited, our recruitment know how has been massively exposed.

Barely a link to value for money leagues where even a million could get you very capable players from Scandinavia and Australia and Japan/South Korea. But as i've often said, I genuinely think our current set up wouldn't even know where to begin.

It's yet another area of this club that needs ripping up and rebuilding. How Glover still has a job here is beyond me.

I was hoping McCarron being ex-CFG may have helped with Japan and Australia but not seen anything yet.

Also am I right in thinking the last player we signed for a fee was Woyo? Wonder how long it will be until we sign another. I'd say we've probably signed our last player for a fee under King Power.

Wow, Woyo feels like he's been here for so much longer. Was that Jan-25? Christ, this club is a mess.

What's so frustrating is that our most successful transfers in the last 3/4 seasons (Hermansen, El Khannous and Fatawu) haven't been from the Glover approach of "I've heard of them, so they must be good"

Agree its depressing. Recruitment is so bad.

Or he knows he can't spend any actual transfer fees so its pointless. Very short sited.

Yeah. And he was the only addition in that window. So in 2 years we've made one signing for a fee.

Macia was not here for the majority of 2016/17, they were all Walsh.

The main thing I'm taking away from that list is that we mostly sign absolute shite with a few diamonds in the mix. Where the **** would we be without the money from the sales of Fofana, Maddison, Maguire, Hermansen, Fatawu, El-Khannous etc?

Ra'ees Bangura-Williams, 22, winger, he's not fully broken into the Millwall team so could be available for loan / transfer.

You'd imagine he'd be interested and he looks like he's got a lot of what we're missing in our attack.
