We finished on 97 points, Leeds finished on 90 in third.

With the 6 point deduction we'd have still finished second on 91. This is a non story

We failed PSR due to relegation forest and Everton breaching PSR

yeah they won BOTH games against us that season and still finished 7 points behind us, like come on just grow a pair,

if it was 2/3 points and you lost both to us then sure, but imo they are making idiots out of themselves

also if thats all the case....we should start legal stuff against Everton, cheated the season we went down, got the points off the season after(the second deduction they got, which was 2 points, and if they had been taken off the 22/23 season, we'd have stayed up on GD)

second one is the table from 22/23

It’s not just about the points deduction, it’s about the fact the club didn’t adhere to the rules and breached spending rules and gained an unfair advantage

That’s the issue. Might need to try and settle this.

They have one of the best sports lawyers as their Executive Vice Chairman, so I doubt they'd be pushing unless they thought they could win. Hopefully Nick De Marco will be willing to represent us again and get it resolved in our favour. It's also unlikely to be looked into until next summer regardless

Heard next summer. God knows what position the finances will be in then especially if we stay in league one. Fine even half of what happened to Everton could kill us off

Another year of this? Great.
