We are getting there. Skipp is less offensive than Thomas and Reid. McFarlane and Bristric will hopefully be in the side soon.

I assume then, Burns at RW, Alves at LW.  I guess bobby, technically up fornt, though I suspect him and Cullen will shift between 9 and 10?

Only Reid can be overly criticised from that with what we have in my opinion. Would’ve liked to see the new lad at LB but can understand he's had a knock.

 

No Faes or Mavididi is great. No Page less so.

 

Feel like the squad is still going to change a lot before the end of the window.

Only shame is Page probably being off. Not sure what people were expecting up front with Bristric only being here a couple days, he'll be our clear first choice when he's ready.

Page is either off, or it's been deemed not right to have him in the squad. He's only a young lad and if we've rejected a bid for him as we want more money and he's wanting to go (understandably), then the right thing to do is to leave him out of the squad. No Mavididi or Faes in the squad is phenomenal. Hopefully once they're fully up to speed we see McFarlane and Bristric come into the starting lineup to replace Thomas and Reid.

Are people actually thick? He isn’t going to lob the new striker in immediately- he’s been here a few days. Might have to suffer BDCR today but he isn’t going to be playing up front all season is he??

Not too bad considering our rebuild situation.   No Faes and Mavididi is hopefully a clear message.   Get rid of these players then we can move on the group of players that are just useless with dismotivated instead of toxic attitude like Thomas and Skipp.

People will moan but don’t hate it. Leaving Mavididi and Faes out completely is a big statement by Russell.

 

Bobby will be replaced up top shortly I’d imagine either by Bristric or Chaplin, with Cullen pushed up a bit. Think that was probably Russell’s plan before Chaplin got injured. 
 

Same imagine McFarlane will replace Thomas if he’s good enough. 
 

Pleased Alves has kept his place. Like the idea of him off the left as well

I'm not convinced BDCR starts up top. Yesterday he said Bobby CAN play there because he played there last time he was i. League 1 but he said Cullen WAS a #9.

If Faes and Mavidid are off, brilliant.

 

If RM has just left them out because of their attitudes, then fair play.

 

BDCR up front is awful but Bristric can't just be dropped in after such a short time with us.  Watch Big Bob score now I've said that...
