Trying to transfer my brothers ticket to my dad - it won;t allow because even though they are getting more money for the ticket - adult to senior, the system they have requires me to ring and get them to do a over-rule. You wonder why folk are supicious of digital ticketing this is - it's not the digital ticket, it's the extra ****ing effort to do the most simple task. 

Tried to transfer an adult ticket to a child on Tuesday, its a real pain.

 

We just used a seniors card in the end as it was easier.

 

Such a pain when it should be easy. Get the FT on the case...

The club are aware it was raised in fan engagement sessions many months ago, apparently it’s not an easy software fix, but the club do want it fixing 

 

There are many clubs using the same software with the same issue, so software provider has the request from multi clubs for a fix

The child is understandable though - there's a safeguarding issue where the club need to be aware.

just in case anyone has the same issue with matches being unavailable to purchase

 

Called the ticket office and after being on hold for 15 minutes got through to a friendly lady who asked me to confirm my details, and then clicked something and said "that should be all unlocked now"

 

Went to the website and everything was available. Lucky me able to buy two tickets to watch the might Stevenage

It wasn't because it was a child its because the system doesn't work.

 

We tried transferring it to my wifes account instead, but she had too many tickets for the match unfortunately. She has never been to the KP in her life for a match and probably never will, but the system wouldn't do it.

Id drop a centre back to get Lundstrum or Braybrooke in the team . I know the results have improved by 3 at the back, but im not convinced by any off them and would rather play our better players

I'd say results have improved by playing terrible teams. I think it's more coincidence than a result of the change.

yeah - for some reason I was "locked out" of being able to purchase any tickets!

Spoke to the ticket office this morning and they removed the block - unsure why it was there in the first place!

Other than Ipswich and possibly another club further down the line in the FA Cup, we’ll only play terrible teams this season. Unfortunately we’re one now too.

Obviously I mean terrible relative to our level though. Obviously we make it look very difficult against teams with a competent and significantly cheaper squad of league one players.

It makes a change from losing to terrible teams, which we did against Peterborough and Burton Albion. And we’ve also beaten Stockport and Plymouth, who are 2nd and 5th respectively.
