Watched Veronica on netflix last night. Dubbed the scariest movie ever, it was worth the watch but not that scary 7/10

Yeah I didn't understand why everyone was calling it scary. Great film, very immersive and a bit disturbing but nothing to keep you up at night and no jumpy bits

Watched Nightcrawler last night, decent and very original. Just didn't like it when Lou had that turning point

Went to see Infinity War last night, really enjoyed it. Some very funny moments and great battle scenes. There is 1 teaser after the credits which sets up part 2 very nicely.

Cant believe we have to wait until May 2019 for part 2. Ughhhhh

I think they knocked it out the park. Very impressively handled so many different characters, especially ones that hadn't met before. Addition of the Guardians of the Galaxy cast worked perfectly. Thanos was excellent in every way. Brilliant ending.

Watched Sons of the Desert last night, absolutely timeless. Genuinely chuckled most of the way through.

Will go to see Avengers but  also thinking of A Quiet Place or Black Panther, which I've still to see.

All three great films.

Saw Infinity War this morning and it is the best of all the MCU films. Action is mindblowing, some emotional scenes, laughs, intelligent plot progression... it's great blockbuster fare of the highest quality.

If you've not seen any of the other Marvel films, or missed even two or three, you might get a bit lost with what's happening, but the film just goes with it assumes your up to date and there's no stupid, annoying, exposition.

Good to hear, I've got all but Black Panther on DVD or BluRay, A Quiet Place is on at the Phoenix tonight which is where I want to watch it, that is if I do not fall asleep, work this week has left me drained.

A Quiet Place is my favourite movie so far this year, although I haven't seen Infinity War yet so that will probably change.

Is it better than Winter Soldier?

Easily, but then I'd rank Winter Soldier somewhere in the middle of the MCU films.

Right so if the last Marvel film I watched was Civil War, which was decent, how do I go about watching everything since in the right order up until this new one?

I've not seen Dr Strange, the latest Thor film, Guardians 2, Black Panther or Spidey yet.

Guardians 2

Dr Strange

Spidey Homecoming

Thor Ragnarok

Black Panther

Is the correct chronological order, as the end credits scenes set up certain things in the next films.

I missed Black Panther but booked tickets for Infinity War this Monday- will it really matters that I haven't watched Black Panther?

Not really, you'll just not quite get who some of the characters in the Wakanda setting are. Doesn't really affect the plot much

Not hugely, but you'll not be familiar with Wakanda and it's inhabitants.

Finally watched The Black Panther today, so all caught up and ready to watch Avengers :)

Odeon is still a somewhat shambolic cinema though, I could have gone in and watched it for free if I was so inclined.
