Comfortable win. Gutted for Welch, looked in good touch before his injury. Pleased for Rhodes coming in after not playing for a while and making a great contribution.

Such a nice ground at Scarborough for Yorkshire to play at. Do Lancashire still do a fixture at Liverpool? That’s a nice little ground too.

Another good win today. Played some very decent cricket this season.

Yes, thought we were the much more professional side. Top order all contributed, which is great to see. Harris is class.

275 was a poor effort by Derbyshire particularly opting to bat. They didn’t set anything like a formidable total.  It’s all right getting a ton, but Godleman went down from a strike way in the 90’s to one in the 70’s, before having a go at the end. He lost his way in the middle of his innings. I accept he may have been worried about his middle order, but a couple did chip in.

Good day, good atmosphere for the size of crowd. Well played County. More of the same Sunday. Spotted the landlord of the Stags Head (off Great Portland St) in the crowd. He loves his sport.

Excellent win. Nobody's mentioned Patel yet but, as I keep saying to my son, he looks to have great potential to me. Lovely innings today.

Good all round performance with pretty much everyone contributing, even the much maligned Rhodes. Have to say when he came in at 5, I had flashbacks of the T20 last season v Derbyshire where he and Dearden screwed up a great position. But after too many dots early on in his innings (which I think led to Harris having to go for it and getting out) he went on to bat well - and he bowled a good tight spell too.

We looked convincing throughout today too. Good to see Dieter Klein back. With the likes of Klein, Wright, Davis and Barnes available, it shows what a travesty it has been persisting with Griffiths and Mike as seamers in the T20 Blast.

It was a shame to see Welch pick up that injury as he had settled into a nice partnership with Patel. Plenty of positives to take. Hopefully, The Hundred acts as a tidy little distraction to us going under the radar in this competition.

Yeah still play at Liverpool. They’ve gone up to Sedburgh in Cumbria this summer. Swansea’s St Helens is another proper ground on the out ground circuit.

We’ve got Notts at Welbeck soon

I used to play cricket with one of the groundsmen at Welbeck. They’ll have a good track out for that.

Back in 1991, I went to Neath for 3 days to work on Glamorgan v Leics in the Championship, I think it was for CricketCall or maybe Radio Leicester updates

Was only 18 and the Leics lads took me out clubbing with them, some great memories.

Was CricketCall the dial up service Jeff? Jeez how much has changed in the last 40 or so years?!

Ironically used to be in Yorkshire too! Lovely ground as it looks, I get the sense their members are unhappy with how remote it is. They've had to put on their own shuttles from Oxenholme station to get people there.

It could use a lick of paint but it's a shame Lancashire don't use Blackpool so much nowadays. If one good thing comes of The Hundred, it's outgrounds getting a fairer hearing again.

They were supposed to be playing a game at Blackpool this summer, but it got cancelled due to some ground work being done.

Probably fair enough. Don't know if it's changed much in the past seven or eight years but it certainly looked a bit run-down when I lived up there.

Clubhouse was a great place for a beer mind.

Beating the likes of Derbyshire maybe the key as they haven’t been decimated by the hundred nonsense.

Also, for us we now have Ackerman recovering from injury rather than exerting himself in that bowlarks
