Nice one, I love a good flight sim.

What will you be doing Boxing day if the Foxes win? The wife? Maybe?

Alright, its 730am here. It's my birthday and i'm 42. Show me some love :)

Hoping to get my hands on an xbox series x with flight simulator today. One of my younger brothers might have a connection. He got my youngest brother one yesterday but the little shits never told me they could get them. If i miss out,  seeing as it's my birthday they are going to get slapped lol.

If not, cake is all I need and I will be picking that up today from the local  bakery. Wifey can't go as she's in isolation.  Don't think my 8 year old son could manage it on his own...well it did snow, he could take the sled and bring it back in that lol.

Hooe you are all keeping safe.

Happy belated birthday @Jattdogg

First time I've seen my grandparents properly since start of the pandemic, have to say I've absolutely loved every minute of the day so far.

Just seeing them both pottering around as normal really brought a smile to my face.

Merry Christmas all 🌲

Went to my stepson's grave before dinner and have been in bits all day since.

It just never gets easier

Condolences Foxy. It must be awful. It takes love and courage to do what you do every time you visit him.

There's no love like a parent's love.

Thinking of you mate. Time helps dull things but you are right in that it doesnt seem to get easier.  Visiting is a wonderful way to show him how much he is missed and i'm sure he is looking out for you saying "OYE Dad dont burn the bloody potatoes!"

Sending you a manly punjabi style bear hug :)

Ah man, that's tough.

Respect for doing it though. Lovely thought.

You've just reminded me that my exes sister died young, and when we'd visit her grave it's the only time I'd see her release that grief. I never knew the sister, yet I'd grieve as though I had.

I didn't really understand why at the time, but I do now.

Ah I’m sorry pal, the fact you still think about him so much, is a tribute to the excellent contributions he made in his short time here.
Hopefully the pride overshadow’s the loss and sorrow eventually.

The Mrs started to feel rough so she did a lateral flow test. Looks like she's got covid for Christmas :(

Sand it out?

All jokes aside, hope she feels better soon.

The usual complete chaos and I love it.

But seeing my nephews and nieces getting older makes me wonder how long will i be able to run around with them being silly all day, that's what i love to do.

But they'll be a day when its just all boring adults talking....boring.:D

On a serious note though, I hope it is as symptomless and easy as my own.

At work and the power's gone out all down the street just when we were getting towards the lunch rush.  Sadly the energy folk estimate we'll have it back in 1-2h so I can't just sack the rest of the day off, nor can I use the equipment in the office to make efficient use of the downtime so I'm just sitting here in the dark like a lemon until it's fixed.

It’s been bloody hot today, we went to see Sing 2 at the cinema which was nice, although not sure the car appreciated the baking.  When we got back the aircon went on strike for an hour.  Thankfully it came back on after a rest and it’s now keeping us nice and cool.

Followed and unfollowed Matt Piper in one day. Far too many emojis for a grown man.

I really like him as a commentator but yeah he could be a bit more restrained on twitter
