The perfect man is the guy who is on the 5th floor... (im sure i read something about it on this forum in the last week.) Cant remember which thread though, age thing :D

I am an old poster. 50 to be precise. If you mean did I previously have an account under another username @Unabomber, then no, I didn't. I was late to social media and i probably have been in 'overdrive" recently with posts. Mainly because I had to reduce my working hours as I'm now a carer for my father so I'm just in here more. That's all. 

Thanks to all those quoted above who think I'm ok and a decent poster. That's nice to hear. While we're being honest, I'd like to think I'm decent but I did have a bad night during the World cup and was banned for 3 days. I was very drunk, way too emotional and became personal with posters who were having a go at Southgate and some players. I'd like to think it's a lesson learned. If I'd stuck to opinion it would have been fine but I didn't. I started telling people to fvck off and didn't cover myself in glory. All I can take from that is not to log in when drunk tbh. @Izzy Muzzetttried to warn me and told me to log off but I didn't. I did apologise to admin for forcing them to take that step. Mainly, I'm a sarky twat who likes a laugh so most of my posts are a bit stupid but I try to balance it with serious posts now and again. Not sure why I'm telling you all this but that's my cards on the table I suppose.

If I get mistaken for @Fox92, I don't mind that, I always like his posts, his taste in music is impeccable and he's half my age!

Just curious, i love it and for me depends on weather, if its cold then in coffee and if hot with ice. They even do a Baileys ice-cream which is to die for :D 

 

With ice. Just a double though as I find it a little sickly after one. The first one's lovely though. Too many would also ruin my snake hips.

It probably depends what you currently earn. And what you do. And what the salary was advertised as. At £15k ask for £3k, at £25k ask for £4k, at £35k ask for £5k imo.

 

Generally, if you are the preferred candidate the manager will want to get you in and to have a happy staff member. They'll have an idea of what they want to pay but if you explain that you would expect a small bump in salary from the move alone but need to take account of increased costs you should be able to secure a rise.
