Carl the Llama Posted 25 December 2015 Posted 25 December 2015 Have to say I love the West Ham one. Makes me giggle.
Captain... Posted 25 December 2015 Posted 25 December 2015 http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/35112681 In case anyone else could do with a quick cheer up before another soul crushing Xmas with the family. Ours is the same as Villas, you just don't realise as you have to scroll so far to get to Villa from us. How can anyone take us seriously as title contenders when even our Christmas jumper is a template!!!
DJ Barry Hammond Posted 25 December 2015 Posted 25 December 2015 Ours is the same as Villas, you just don't realise as you have to scroll so far to get to Villa from us. How can anyone take us seriously as title contenders when even our Christmas jumper is a template!!! I quite like the Newcastle one - subtle, which is surprising given the club we're talking about. Liverpool's and Watfords are a classy design. Chelsea's looks a little bit like a design we had a previous year?
Out Foxed Posted 25 December 2015 Posted 25 December 2015 Danny Drinkwater - the only English midfielder who actually remembers how to pass the ball forwards. Which is funny considering the criticism he had on here a few seasons ago
Guest MarshallForEngland Posted 26 December 2015 Posted 26 December 2015 Which is funny considering the criticism he had on here a few seasons ago Is that funny?
MC Prussian Posted 26 December 2015 Posted 26 December 2015 Which is funny considering the criticism he had on here a few seasons ago Which at the time was justified in patches. Because he did have a few poor spells, let's not forget that. But I'm glad he's become much more consistent and a mainstay in our midfield.
Oxfordfox83 Posted 26 December 2015 Posted 26 December 2015 Is that funny? Funny as in odd, as in the one thing he was particularly criticised for was passing sideways or back. Like if, in a season and a half, someone posts "Kasper is the only keeper in the league who really dominates his area-he's neutralised the threat from corners."
Lovejoy Posted 26 December 2015 Posted 26 December 2015 Took in my local side MK Dons against Cardiff this afternoon and the Cardiff were singing "who the fcuk is Jamie Hardy? Tony Watt is having a party." Made me chuckle, nice to see random teams such as that singing about our Vards.

Nalis Posted 26 December 2015 Posted 26 December 2015 Wondered what ever happened to him, nice backhanded complement there but his song should really be about scoring the winning goal v Barca.

Lionator Posted 26 December 2015 Posted 26 December 2015 They are quite right, who is Jamie Hardy? Thought he was quite good as Bane.
Number 6 Posted 27 December 2015 Posted 27 December 2015 Best 11 of the season so far... http://www.espnfc.com/barclays-premier-league/23/blog/post/2767965/premier-league-best-xi-so-far-headlined-by-mesut-ozil
Guest CityFan 06 Posted 27 December 2015 Posted 27 December 2015 To be fair I'd agree with that team from ESPN. All of Alderweireld, Vardy, Mahrez, Bellerin, Dier, Smalling and Butland are in my Fantasy team/squad. They are a group of players I rate highly. Although all of those players weren't in my team from the start, I've added them all in due to either form or after seeing them after a few games.
Guest CityFan 06 Posted 27 December 2015 Posted 27 December 2015 Fantastic to see 3 Leicester players in that side though. I know it's expected given where we are in the league and how well we've played but it's still very pleasing to see.
DJ Barry Hammond Posted 27 December 2015 Posted 27 December 2015 This has got to be one of the weirdest articles about Leicester City I've ever read: http://xtheline.co.uk/the-christmas-surprise-of-leicester-city/ THE CHRISTMAS SURPRISE OF LEICESTER CITY By Ollie Baines ; he is the Messiah, the Lord. 12 This will be a sign to you: You will find a baby wrapped in cloths and lying in a manger’. Spare a thought and remember the true meaning of Christmas. Don’t take the ‘Christ’ out of Christmas. ---------- WTF the latter part has to do with us I'll never know! Baffling. I would assume the writer is suggesting Leicester are (were) bigger than Jesus? That's why he's had to say "don't forget Jesus was the first Christmas miracle?"
