treer Posted 12 April 2016 Posted 12 April 2016 (edited) Just don't understand why people are fearing the worst when you see how the players are reacting to the pressure on the pitch. You don't think there's equal pressure on Spurs right now. Of course there is. Surely the players deserve our belief in them. Apparently not on this forum. This team has shown and given it all and I will continue to question those that do not believe in them. We are 7 pts up with 5 games remaining. that's telling them, good on you, Ronnie Edited 12 April 2016 by treer

Tony Alexander Adams, MBE (born 10 October 1966) is an English football manager and former Arsenal player. Adams spent his entire playing career of 22 years as a defender at Arsenal.[1] He is considered one of the greatest Arsenal players of all time by the club's own fans [2] and was included in the Football League 100 Legends. With Arsenal, he won four top flight division titles, uniquely captaining a title-winning team in three different decades, three FA Cups, two Football League Cups, a UEFA Cup Winners' Cup, and three FA Community Shields. A statue honouring Adams was unveiled at Emirates stadium on 9 December 2011, along with statues of Thierry Henry and Herbert Chapman. 1

Koke Posted 13 April 2016 Posted 13 April 2016 I get that West Ham are difficult opponents but we are a better side than them as the league table shows. And we are better equipped to deal with Carroll than Arsenal were. West Ham will come at us and that will suit us. It'll be interesting but I think we can get 3 points.
Koke Posted 13 April 2016 Posted 13 April 2016 (edited) I have to presume this was done by a Chelsea fan to make Arsenal fans look like mugs haha or a self depreciating Arsenal fan. https://www.change.org/p/the-fa-greg-dyke-richard-scudamore-get-leicester-city-team-drug-tested Edited 13 April 2016 by Kareem Abdul-Jabbar

MC Prussian Posted 13 April 2016 Posted 13 April 2016 (edited) And Adams gives Liew just another platform to air his personal views (yet Adams quotes Liew as a "journalist" in this matter). I find Liew's comparison of his own (alleged) drunken stupors to Vardy's also rather far-fetched. They lead two completely different lives - I wonder whether we'll ever see an intoxicated Liew in a casino in the first place. So why does Lineker's opinion suddenly matter on this issue? Why only Lineker's? Which other footballers, pundits or journalists had something tangible to say about the casino incident? Why not quote them instead? The only one to make amends for it, to apologize for the moment and to be held accountable is Vardy, and so he did. Edited 13 April 2016 by MC Prussian

In the original Vardy story in The sun, of the several experts to give a quote damning him, the only one of Japanese heritage showed the least outrage. Yoshimi Gregory, founder of the Leicestershire Japan Society, added: “This term has been around for a long time.“Some people say it carelessly without realising the full meaning. As a footballer and role model, he needs to be aware that he is going to be scrutinised and needs to be more careful than the rest. Edited 13 April 2016 by Richmondfox

Is it just me or do Arsenal have more than their fair share of the bellend quotient? The truth is that the so called bigger brands are having individual and collective Ratner moments. Leicester City could be (albeit for a short while) the biggest sports brand on the globe if we win the BPL.
