Guest Col city fan Posted 24 May 2012 Posted 24 May 2012 I'm in the 'Yes to Heskey' camp, as long as he doesn't demand silly money. Emile has never scored many goals throughout his career. I'm still surprised at people who suggest he should be an out and out goal taker because he's not. However, why I'd play him over Beckford is because his all round game is so much better. Heskey can still be used as a big bloke up top, has not a bad first touch and would be a much better foil for either Nuge or Vardy IMO. He'd give us an option that we don't have currently and I guess he'd want to put in a shift for City. But, same as I said about Beckford, I would not break the bank for Heskey.
