Did anyone watch Dynamo Is Dead?

Horrendous.

I feel for the guy and what he's gone through, but that was just the worst thing I've ever seen.

It was basically just bad acting.

I gave up. It was painful

viewing.

Build up to today tv has been absolutely shite on normal tv, not that there are any new series to binge on all the streaming channels.

Why do they load everything together so you get a good 2 or 3 months in a year, for instance Para+ they run Yellowstone, Tulsa King and Major of Kingstown all at the same time ( that’s MofKT despite Jeremy’s accident delaying it as it’s still in line with the other 2 when the new series will be aired)

When will they start making “new” classics instead of just like the music regurgitating the same old crap and even playing them (again just like music) several times in a week.

ps Merry Christmas all

Best thing I’ve watched for a while queen of comedy Caroline Aherne on bbc2. Some very funny scenes but also heartbreaking stuff as well. Tragic that she died so young.

Was excellent and pitched perfectly. Aherne was incredible funny, gorgeous and incredibly smart.  Tragic loss.

Anyone else watched Ricky Gervais Armageddon on Netflix yet?

It’s quite rubbish. And it isn’t even that I take issue with the possible offence of it, it just simply isn’t very funny, which has been his problem for some time now. Dissolves his evident comedic talent by swimming around in culture wars that he claims to have no real belief in.

As I suspected, I might give it a skip then.

On the finale of Ahsoka; decent enough show so far, if you'd watched Rebels beforehand given it is basically a continuation of it, otherwise it makes very little sense overall.

Think it would've been better sticking with animation, some of the live action feels very power ranger like

Did you see the first one they did?

No, didn’t know about it until today. So watched that too!

Used to listen to down the line, so this was a decent find.

Lazarus project season 2 has ended up being my favourite series in the last 12 months, brilliant sci fi time travel writing and pretty funny on top of that.

Just watched “Fool me once” on Netflix. Would give it a 8/10.

I wouldn’t watch it a second time.

Thought Blue Eye Samurai on Netflix would be a nice bit of stylistic light watching with decent art in a similar vein to Arcane.

Was not ready for the Tarantino levels of violence or Game of Thrones levels of smut lol

Been entertaining. The creators are DEFINITELY fans of Kill Bill and Fistful of Dollars. Some of the action choreography is fantastic.

Probably slow to this was as it’s three seasons in already, but really enjoyed slow horses season one on Apple TV. Well worth a watch.

Just finished this myself.

Gary Oldman steals the show in every single scene he's in.
