Finished Dept Q last night, has anyone seen it? Thought it was pretty good but really dragged on and didn’t need 9 episodes.

I really enjoyed it. Would give it a Bafta purely for the character writing alone.

Started watching "The Paper", which is a spin-off of the US version of "The Office".

So far, I like it.

I’ve watched 4 episodes and I’m not sure on it.
Don’t know why I just don’t think there’s much there character wise.

Mother of god, Alien Earth has surpassed all expectations and then some. Phenomenal television.

It's been really good.

Some baffling behaviour you only get in horror films the last episode though.

You walk into a secure lab full of dangerous alien species and discover an open door and a dead body. So what do you do? Raise the alarm and get the hell out of there? Check on all the other containment statuses? No.... Just walk straight into one of the rooms and crouch down over the body...

Very late to MobLand but it's absolutely epic TV

The craziest thing about that show is Brosnan's insanely fake Irish accent. Dude is Irish! I don't understand.

Danger 5 is hilarious. Shame it's not available on Blu-ray right now.

Imagine Inglorious Bastards, just without the big names, instead with cheap backgrounds, puppet heads, deliberately off synchro – and a Hitler who plays lunchball.

Just had MasterChef on. Have they AI voice dubbed Wallace and Torode? The audio doesn't follow their lips at all..

On a wider note, Wallace really isn't well. I've been following him on Insta, desperately trying to pretend he's fine.

After watching another episode, I'm less in like with the show.

Most of the characters are pretty blah and having Oscar from The Office feels so out of place.

I agree. Feel like I want it to be decent but there’s not a lot there to be interested in it.
I don’t care about any of the characters.
Imo it’s very ordinary without showing anything worthwhile.

Just finished my third watch yesterday. Impeccable show.

I think I avoided it because it is animated. I’ve not watched Arcane either, however I feel I might need to watch that as well.

Absolutely loved it, great show.

Found another series from the creator of it on Netflix the other day, that's my next watch.

Long Story Short? Really enjoyed it. Different to Bojack obviously but really good once you get to know the characters etc.

yeh I was at an event where Gregg with two g's was compere a couple of years ago and thought then he seemed a bit off. so desperate to be liked but seems so unlikeable that he's going to have to reinvent himself about 23 times to find a version that's not horrid.

Back on topic - got to episode 3 of atomic then gave up, despite the hype just found it a bit dull and too focussed on 2 blokes running from place a to place b - didn't feel any jeopardy
