I feel that Moore, albeit a friendly, looked composed and threw his body in the way so he could be a back-up. But I do feel that a short term loan will do us till we get Whitbread and SSL back.
MattyFromLE Posted 13 August 2012 Posted 13 August 2012 After watching Saturday I think we are sorted for Strikers and Midfield. Defensively, like many have said it would be beneficial to get somebody in on a 2 month loan just to cover for SSL.

Any injury crises at centre half can be solved via the loan system; either long tem or emergency. New players are exciting but it is, in my opinion, better to have a smaller more competitive squad who all feel like they have a chance of making the first XI
Mark_w Posted 13 August 2012 Posted 13 August 2012 A few days ago I would have said we needed a back-up CB on loan, even if just for a few months. But I think I've been won over by Moore as a CB, no harm in giving him a chance till we get Whitbread fit and St.Ledger back from injury.

We have parkes and Moore to use until zw is fit which I'm guessing won't be long. Then just need SSL back and we should be ok
