scotty1980 Posted 26 August 2013 Posted 26 August 2013 Yes I know harry that hes at blackburn as we speak!
lcfcsnow Posted 26 August 2013 Posted 26 August 2013 I wonder if this is NFP's doing or if it is the DOF trying to gain a bit of revenue  He doesn't want to play for the manager. I'd be surprised if this wasn't the case for Wood as well watching his last 20 or so games.
Harry - LCFC Posted 26 August 2013 Posted 26 August 2013 Yes I know harry that hes at blackburn as we speak! Â You said you knew there would be other players going too. Â I'm not disputing what you've said about Marshall here, I'm questioning how you 'know' it isn't jus going to be him leaving. What other players are leaving us and how are you aware of this? That's what I'm asking.
scotty1980 Posted 26 August 2013 Posted 26 August 2013 Been told theres others that want to go because of pearson and I know this as im a relation to a player
scotty1980 Posted 26 August 2013 Posted 26 August 2013 There were no names but at least three first team players have put requests in all because of the manager
Freeman's Wharfer Posted 26 August 2013 Posted 26 August 2013 No great loss on last years form and we've not exactly missed him so far this season have we?! One who never fulfilled his potential here, when he first came he looked like he could be our lynch pin and main man but then last season he never delivered. If we get a decent fee and it stops us having to get rid of players like Nugent, Schmeichel and Morgan then it's a deal worth doing. Â What people don't seem to realise when these players such as Konchesky and Marshall are linked with moves away is that, although we'd like to keep everyone in an ideal world, it's better for us to lose ones like them than our real key players. Gallagher and Danns are proving hard to get rid of because the wages they're on are greater than their worth so we've got to cut costs other ways by getting rid of the high earners that are of value to other clubs.
whitlock Posted 26 August 2013 Posted 26 August 2013 We are joint top of the league without Ben Marshall.
Buggsteam Posted 26 August 2013 Posted 26 August 2013 If that's the case then Pearson needs to get his act together. We loose to many of our first team then it just wipes out the good start we've made. I've heard that Wood wants to leave but not sure anyone else.
RowlattsFox Posted 26 August 2013 Posted 26 August 2013 Not sure about this, but it may free up money for a loan signing. There is no guarantee that Marshall is going to be a great loss.
GingerrrFox Posted 26 August 2013 Posted 26 August 2013 Drinkwater and Futacs have handed in a transfer request, Wood wants to leave but hasn't handed 1 in yet and another bid has come in from a premiership side for Wes.
TheUltimateWinner Posted 26 August 2013 Posted 26 August 2013 I've heard the he heard that she heard. Seriously some of you people can't be happy unless there's some conspiracy going round. We're joint top, be happy for once! Edit: But if any of this is true I do find it hilarious that Svens so called big ego signings seemingly get on better with Pearson than his own.

RowlattsFox Posted 26 August 2013 Posted 26 August 2013 Not sure Pearson would play drinkwater and wood if they desperately wanted to leave.
Happy Fox Posted 26 August 2013 Posted 26 August 2013 If players don't want to be here they know where the door is!
GingerrrFox Posted 26 August 2013 Posted 26 August 2013 Not sure Pearson would play drinkwater and wood if they desperately wanted to leave. He hasn't got much choice if he wants to play 3 in midfield they are trying to get rid of Danns and Gallagher, Marshall is adamant he wants to go what other option does he have? I've been told Wood has been unhappy for a while now and it's only got worse since he was made the scapegoat on Saturday. St Ledger was told he could leave at the end of last season yet still Pearson played him before the injury. Our squad is bare bones.
ronnup Posted 26 August 2013 Posted 26 August 2013 Real shame to lose him as I think he's got real potential. But I have faith in Nige

Youve just said he is unhappy, and by all accounts its effecting his game. The fans have a right to feel let down by him.
VLC86 Posted 26 August 2013 Posted 26 August 2013 Genuine question, Would Wood be a loss? From what iv seen I'm not so sure
Harry - LCFC Posted 26 August 2013 Posted 26 August 2013 How the fvck are all these players unhappy? Is it really so bad at Leicester when you look at the situation in full? Â I'm not sure I believe all of this - all those players wanting to go? Seems unlikely given how things are at the club atm. I was under the impression that we had some fairly good attitudes in our squad too, you'd have to be pretty damn petulant to want to leave now.

You are talking about footballers to be fair harry, the most petulant creatures on the planet.
