In all fairness, I really hope forest get in the play offs, win their semi final, come from 2 goals down to equalise on the 90th minute, go one up in extra time..... BEFORE LOSING ON PENALTIES.

Looking at the table I didn't realise Ipswich were in with such a legit shout, I hope that they get it as I like Mick. If not I wouldn't mind either Brighton or Bournemouth.

Forest would play Derby lol

I don't really mind. I've nothing against any other clubs, I like Mick McCarthy and Brighton were the best team I've seen us play this season.

I'd like Brighton to make it and win it, because I want to go to the Amex again, but see us win this time. But it is actually quite interesting, having no direct involvement at all, looking at all of the difficult matches that virtually every team has to play. I had Brighton or Bournemouth as my picks a month ago, but over the past few weeks even Blackburn have come into the reckoning - though god knows how.

 

Being really bitchy, I'd like to see Florist against Derby in the semis, and Derby to do another demolition job on them - scoring six this time to beat their two-month old record-equalling win. After that, I wouldn't mind Derby coming up with us, but I suspect it will be Wigan.

 

Then again, wouldn't it be fun to see Florist get promoted via some really dodgy decisions, and them end up beating Derby's lowest-ever points score next season? Yeah, you're right, I should go and take a sedative.

Bournemouth or Blackburn would be the two I'd like to get in.

 

Ultimately, in terms of who comes up I want a team/club that will be weaker than us in the Premier League. Were Bournemouth to somehow come up there's no doubt that they'd struggle to survive. I already feel we'll be better than Burnley in the top flight so if we can have two teams that should be weaker than us before a ball is even kicked then it'll give us the best chance of survival.

Brighton or Ipswich, although i'm pretty sure whoever finishes 6th won't go up, despite what we've seen in previous seasons

No team wants that 6th place it seems, as no team aiming for it seems to be able to put 2 wins together.

 

For me it's any team but Forest (It'd be great to see them lose in the play offs but they could fluke their way into winning it)

I really thought last season was a one-off, where teams could be absolutely pitiful for a third of the season and still be three games from promotion. 68 points is an awful tally for 6th place, yet here we are again, with a similar total being enough for the play-offs.

Anybody but Forest. Couldn't stand the fact that one of Forest or Derby would be guaranteed to be in the Play-Off final and a 50/50 chance effectively of one of them in the EPL next season. Let them rot.
