Xen Posted 13 April 2015 Posted 13 April 2015 WBA above Newcastle, Everton and villa? Seriously? Not a chance given their fixture list...
Leicesterpool Posted 13 April 2015 Posted 13 April 2015 WBA above Newcastle, Everton and villa? Seriously? Not a chance given their fixture list... The premier league as been full of surprises this year, Newcastle look crap. West Brom aren't really that bad, they've just hit an bad patch.
Benji Posted 13 April 2015 Posted 13 April 2015 This is how I think the premier league table will finish up as. I don't think my kecks could endure goal difference survival on the last day.

Personally wouldn't back them to get more than 3/4 points from their remaining games regardless of form, let alone get to 40.Newcastle have been poor but have some decent fixtures so I'd back them to get a few more than the baggies.
Steve_Guppy_Left_Foot Posted 13 April 2015 Posted 13 April 2015 How we lost to them I've really no idea, that was a low point in our season. I honestly think if we play with intensity and desire at home against them we could easily have our most comfortable win of the season.
Fox92 Posted 13 April 2015 Posted 13 April 2015 How did Newcastle not get a pen there! Seriously how the fvck did the referee miss that.
Vacamion Posted 13 April 2015 Posted 13 April 2015 How many points a season must home ground decisions at Anfield be worth? They get a peno for it hitting an opponent in the face. Their defenders can kick attackers in the box and it's play on. Sheesh.
Matt Posted 13 April 2015 Posted 13 April 2015 I've said it before i'll say it again, how dire is the Anfield atmosphere? I'd put it up there with one of the worst about nowadays compared to what it used be (Or how it used to seem - I used to think it was amazing)
theessexfox Posted 13 April 2015 Posted 13 April 2015 How did that ugly little goblin Obertan run the length of the pitch and score against us?

I'd put it up there with one of the worst about nowadays compared to what it used be (Or how it used to seem - I used to think it was amazing) You know it's bad when you hear the linesman shouting the ball was still in play

It makes at the atmosphere at the King Power sound great.
jammie82uk Posted 13 April 2015 Posted 13 April 2015 Anybody fancy 35/1 for Newcastle to turn this around second half or 13/2 for Newcastle double chance
casablancas Posted 13 April 2015 Posted 13 April 2015 Standing ovation for jonas. Only thing of note during the second half.
lgfualol Posted 13 April 2015 Posted 13 April 2015 Horrible to think of all the shit teams we have lost 1-0 to
Bayfox Posted 13 April 2015 Posted 13 April 2015 I've said it before i'll say it again, how dire is the Anfield atmosphere? I'd put it up there with one of the worst about nowadays compared to what it used be (Or how it used to seem - I used to think it was amazing) Out of interest was that a perception or from experience. I went to anfield twice under O'Neil and was always underwhelmed.
VinceNoir Posted 13 April 2015 Posted 13 April 2015 It's a shame Newcastle are more or less out of relegation danger. They are so poor. 2-3 points less and they could easily be dragged back in.
Guest Posted 13 April 2015 Posted 13 April 2015 It's a shame Newcastle are more or less out of relegation danger. They are so poor. 2-3 points less and they could easily be dragged back in. But then they might actually give a shit when we play them so swings and roundabouts.
ScouseFox Posted 13 April 2015 Posted 13 April 2015 But then they might actually give a shit when we play them so swings and roundabouts. and be forced to appoint a manager who actually has a fücking clue what's going on and how to win a game of football
Steve_Guppy_Left_Foot Posted 13 April 2015 Posted 13 April 2015 Even at the time I don't know of anyone who thought Carver was a good appointment. Can see why all the talk is of McClaren going there, he's the yes man an owner like Ashley will love to have work for him. Going on the fan base and the size of the stadium Newcastle should consistently be challenging for Europe imo, not just making do with making the owner a few quid and staying in the league every year. They're a club who have all the foundation a bit of investment could see go a long way imo.
bluesbrothers Posted 13 April 2015 Posted 13 April 2015 Mad as it sounds, Newcastle are in awful form and have to play us, West Brom and QPR before the end of the season. If the unthinkable happens and all three of us win those games, and Burnley and Hull somehow develop a purple patch as well, they could face a serious risk of relegation. One more point and they're fine mind you. ... nah, I'm talking out of my arse. West Brom, on the other hand, are seriously in trouble with their run-in.
Footballwipe Posted 14 April 2015 Posted 14 April 2015 You can bet your arse they'll step there game up against us and perform well. Newcastle and Sunderland have been an absolute joke this season, if by some absolute mind-boggling miracle they ended up dropping it'd be the least they deserve.
