Hey guys, my first post.

I think we're going to struggle for possession in this game, similar to how the first 2 games have panned out, that's why I think Drinkwater has to start if he's fit.

Hammond has been a rock too, I would go with him in the middle with drinky.

We really have to take the chances we get, cos we won't get many.

Sch

De laet

Moore

Morgan

Konchesky (we really need a left back)

Drinkwater

Hammond

Mahrez

Knockaert

Ulloa

Arsenall pose a bigger threat to us than Chelsea did. They move the ball so quickly. A draw would be great.

on the flip side, thinking positively, i think we pose more of a threat to arsenal than we could've to chelsea

I am worried, there is a tendency in our posts, to think that Vardy is going to come into the team and wave some type of

wand and we will have a great calvary charge, and everything will be strawberries and cream.

He wont be a guiding light or saviour, I am sure he will bring something to the party, but lets not put too much on the lad.

Some vodka and Charlie I am inclined to believe.

I was at Chelsea too. I didn't say he's our best player, I said in the first two games I think he's been our most creative player. Yes his corners were poor but give the lad a break, he's 22 and was playing against an exceptionally good Chelsea defence. Interesting that you think Albrighton deserves Mahrez's place. Based on what?

Also against Everton had Mahrez not been in the side we'd have lost the game.

Squad rotation. We didn't sign Albrighton to just sit on the bench all season... He has Premier League experience albeit limited due to injuries. And he could be a threat. In his 20 minutes at Chelsea he put one more great cross in than Mahrez did all game (A total of 1).

Mahrez is one of three to have started Sunday and Tuesday. I thought he was poor in both games so don't feel he merits a third start. Plus his legs might feel it with 3 games in 8 days.

Knocky was dropped straight after Everton for Schulpp and I would hope Albrighton is fit and ready to start. He has more experience at this level than our wingers put together.

With Arsenal looking likely to be slightly weakened, I'm going to be optimistic. They will probably underestimate us like Chelsea did. I'm going for an unlucky draw (being optimistic), Leicester to dominate for an hour before being found out and left to stew over missed chances again. Us to score first half and Arsenal to score second half. 1-1.

Be nice if they had a really tough evening tonight. They have a great team on paper but his may historically have been the kind of fixture they have struggled with. Can't be too nice with these, few fouls to break up their rhythm. Oddly optimistic about it.

My point was that we've barely seen Albrighton play for Leicester, so I don't see how you can suggest Mahrez deserves to be dropped for him.

There's no way Pearson is leaving Mahrez out on Sunday. Just can't see it happening. Knockaert deserved to be dropped for two reasons

1) He looked off the pace/not fully fit against Everton

2) We can't play both him and Mahrez in the same 11 away from home (or even at home IMO)

There's no justification for dropping Mahrez. He was great against Everton and steady at Chelsea. In fact, the only player to have a shot on target bar Nugent's pathetic miss.

Mahrez had a great 2nd half against Everton and created the equaliser. He also created what should have been a goal against Chelsea and had one of our few shots on target.

There's no good reason to pick Schlupp or Knockaert ahead of him as both have been shocking so far.

Mahrez to start because he's been our best winger so far without any question.

I agree. Ridiculous to think of dropping him, after two games of being no worse than most.

It takes some players longer, to adapt to the Premiership. We KNOW his potential.

Will be interesting to see the lineup if Drinkwater, Vardy and Albrighton are all fully fit and we sign McArthur. I can see a couple of changes being made.

Schmeichel

De Laet

Moore

Morgan

Konchesky

Albrighton

Drinkwater

McArthur

Mahrez

Vardy

Ulloa

Hamer

Wasilewski

Schlupp

King

Hammond

Knockaert

Nugent

A bit premature I know but I wanted to see what it looked like. The verdict - I like it. Nice to see the bench finally looking respectable.

2-0 win. Comfortable first half, grab a goal. Arsenal steam out the gates second half, get caught on the break for a second.

Even if he's just an unused sub I just want to see the magnificent, ugly face of his once more

I think on recent form king has to start whoever we have available. . I can see another 2-2 in this one.. but if vardys fit n drinky too I can see a 3-2 win.. but we have to TAKE OUR CHANCES whoever gets them

If we win.. nuge to grab a late winner

niges team talk should be.. 'smash ramsey straight away n then get at their defence'.
