I've no idea what I'm doing, I only just put in a guy at Dortmund for shits and giggles last night... Scored off a set piece and assisted Kagawa in one. This might be a whole lot of fun. Anybody else play that mode? Any tips on what position to play etc? I of course made a striker and just hung out on the opposition defensive line. No clue what all the icons mean.

I hated it in Fifa 14, I was at loan to Chesterfield, rated 78 and starting for England every game. And I had to wait the whole season to go back to Leicester.

I think you can reject a move (I think) You'll probably end up getting dropped though. It's not fantastic the way it works to be honest if it's not be improved. I can't ever remember being subbed or being bought on as a sub. I can't stand playing as one player single player anyway, Always opt to control the entire team.

This is very true and is the most annoying thing about this. Particularly if you're the star man in the team because you play every game and even if you use your stamina sparingly throughout the games, you're still ****ed by the time you get to the 2nd half. Last year I did pretty well for a year, went to Dortmund and was only played in Champions League games. I scored a hattrick in a quarter final against Lyon and then got dropped for the next league game . Basically if you do the player career, don't go to a club that's too good too quickly.

Hirsty The Blue 94 Posted 3 October 2014 Posted 3 October 2014 Not a huge fan of the general game play this year.Finding it really difficult to score headed goals, which has previously been my fortay. It seems defenderd win the ball 9/10 no matter what position they are in, and can head the ball 30 yards clear!! Also it's almost impossible to score off balance, you almost have to be running in a straight line to get a good strike in.What I do prefer is the tackling, can actually put some decent challenges in without fouls unlike FIFA 14.All in all I would give it 7/10.

leftbackinthechangingroom Posted 3 October 2014 Posted 3 October 2014 Love the game although refs seem to hate me no exaggeration here my keeper on FUT made a save and as he was getting up the opponents player ran into him and got a penalty. Needless to say I was furious.

Disc isn't scratched at all either as brand new. yes I was, you need to go into your router settings and turn off UPnP, mine works perfectly now.

Lots of young players in the first year is always the way as you can make a huge profit in subsequent transfer windows. Also, I never sign loan players on FIFA as you just lose the wage budget for good rather than that season, unless you pay to terminate the loan early. If you mean icons on the pitch, the arrow is where you should be positioned (massively affects your match rating) and the circles signal the threats/players to mark. Trying to buy players is so frustrating. De Laet refused 2 contracts so I'm trying to swap him with people. I only have 2m, and the board wont give me anything else (yea thanks Vichai). Currently trying for Clyne (1m short), Jon Flanagan (1m short), and about 50000000 other right backs. Anyone decent and younger than 26 is just out of my price range. But I got Chris wood on loan to Cardiff. He was moaning about his squad role and lack of matches. Yeah, players not signing contracts are annoying. I tend to just offer them a fair bit more and an important squad role to keep them on. First thing I do when I start a career is offer new contracts. If Flanagan still hasn't signed a new deal, you should definitely be able to get him for under £2m. Annoying thing about player's contract's running down, is that if you let them go on a free, you don't get any of the wages you save. Same with retiring players. Its why I always sign players to contracts unless they're worth very little/wages are really low or they will be very difficult to sell.

Tried this two or three times a day since Sunday. Get league games all the time in seconds but always get matched vs five star teams so I'd like to play tournaments with my silver Argies. Slowing turning my Colombian side in to a silver / gold mix to compete a bit better as and when I can afford it. 360 mate. I only really play at weekends, which may be why I find it easier to find a game.

If it's friendlies then whoever sends the invite hosts as far as I can tell. Not too sure about seasons/FUT though.

Him and Vards up front seems to be doing the business. 35 points from 14 games so far and a League cup Semi on the way. The best thing about next gen(current gen), is some of the animations just make things seem that bit more realistic. Scored a beauty with Kingy where it was behind his feet and he managed to scoop it out and into the bottom corner.
