blueharmie Posted 4 October 2014 Posted 4 October 2014 Same old Leicester. Will be tough to stay up. Least I can get a ticket next season. They deserved a point at least.
ARTY_FOX Posted 4 October 2014 Posted 4 October 2014 You can't say they didn't deserve it tbh. We were pretty poor.
The Doctor Posted 4 October 2014 Posted 4 October 2014 How are people so calm!? That was an atrocious decision! Admittedly we were poor and the decision making of Vardy and co up front was poor towards the end but never a freekick. This. Looked like a penalty on Schlupp though, he runs past a player, the player trips him and it's a foul by Schlupp?
Oxfordfox83 Posted 4 October 2014 Posted 4 October 2014 International break. Time to get Nigel to breathe some fire into them, because the last two games we've looked timid. We missed DD* and Cambiasso today, and something needs to change in our defence. *Yeah, I know, but what did he do?
Devonfox1884 Posted 4 October 2014 Posted 4 October 2014 Why was Kasper soooooo far right for the free-kick?! I'm absolutely gutted, we didn't even deserve the point we got, thank god it's an international break now.
Jace Posted 4 October 2014 Posted 4 October 2014 Those of you who were at the match and didn't think it was a free kick I watched it on tv with the replays was definitely a free kick when you see it back
Bigboss204 Posted 4 October 2014 Posted 4 October 2014 We deserved what we got. You can't sit back for 45mins your just asking for them to go and score.
bovril Posted 4 October 2014 Posted 4 October 2014 We might have got away with it (and it would have been very lucky) if Trippier had rolled off the pitch. As for the crossing problem and our decision making in the final 1/3, some of our players appeared a big ball greedy / glory seeking, at times. Yes. Got to learn that shit that comes off in the 2nd division doesn't always work in the big league.
lee7 Posted 4 October 2014 Posted 4 October 2014 Disappointing to say the least. A massive 2 points dropped! Burnley at home we should be beating if we want to aim for mid table
Onions Posted 4 October 2014 Posted 4 October 2014 Leaking goals. it's fine 2 vs Chelsea, Everton and 3 vs Manchester United. However, 2 vs Burnley and Palace is just shocking. I said it before, and I'll say it again, Ben Hamer 1 game 1 cleansheet, it's this basic. Kasper needs a reality check.
Guest Col city fan Posted 4 October 2014 Posted 4 October 2014 I can feel a meltdown coming on.. Yes, we should have won, but that point could be crucial come the end..
jimmeh Posted 4 October 2014 Posted 4 October 2014 Still overreactions. Burnley drew against decent sides this season already. We have more points than Tottenham and man United jeeze
ROB-THE-BLUE Posted 4 October 2014 Posted 4 October 2014 Knew that free kick was going in. Fvck sake, I know we probably didn't deserve the win but that was sickening
HankMarvin Posted 4 October 2014 Posted 4 October 2014 Hope its not a case of just raising our game for the big teams, last 2 performances would suggest so
Jace Posted 4 October 2014 Posted 4 October 2014 Why was Kasper soooooo far right for the free-kick?! I'm absolutely gutted, we didn't even deserve the point we got, thank god it's an international break now. He wanted a bigger wall stupid decision by him expected better with his experience
Guest MarshallForEngland Posted 4 October 2014 Posted 4 October 2014 Pretty predictable ending given our approach in the second half. We played some really impressive stuff in the first half and Schlupp was unplayable at times but we seemed to go down a gear or two as the game went on. I can't say Burnley deserved anything out of the game as they were pretty awful and we gifted them a point.
VLC86 Posted 4 October 2014 Posted 4 October 2014 I can feel a meltdown coming on.. Yes, we should have won, but that point could be crucial come the end.. The meltdown will be because you should never draw a match when you are 2-1 up after 95 minutes. Very naive from Matty James but we weren't good enough. Fair play Burnley
Miquel The Work Geordie Posted 4 October 2014 Posted 4 October 2014 if the wall jumped we'd be enjoying a fairly comfortable 2-1 win right now Were we fairly comfortable?
Benji Posted 4 October 2014 Posted 4 October 2014 Our decision making in the last third has seriously cost us today. Almost impossibly against the law of averages to hit so many crosses in and not pick out our players. Regardless what happened in the game, you can't give away points with a minute to go.
1993fox Posted 4 October 2014 Posted 4 October 2014 ****ing lucky bastards. Lucky? They wanted it more in the last half an hour. Credit to them because they deserved it. On to Newcastle now.
ScouseFox Posted 4 October 2014 Posted 4 October 2014 What on earth is schmeichel doing for that free kick? Terrible positioning. and their first too...
maddog Posted 4 October 2014 Posted 4 October 2014 What a way to waste 2 valuable points in the 96th minute... ****ing hell... Why concede that free kick in that area... James congrats for costing us 2 points.
