Steven Posted 4 October 2014 Posted 4 October 2014 Schlupp and Mahrez. Currently 9th. Should never have drawn that.
Miquel The Work Geordie Posted 4 October 2014 Posted 4 October 2014 They deserved to win the game let alone get a point.
1993fox Posted 4 October 2014 Posted 4 October 2014 We didn't deserve the win with that second half performance anyway. We were lethargic from 60' onwards. 2 important points dropped today. The boys should really learn from this, game doesn't end till the final whistle. Needless fouls from Konchesky and James towards the end too.
Manwell Pablo Posted 4 October 2014 Posted 4 October 2014 Schlupp and Mahrez. Currently 9th. Should never have drawn that. They were worthy of their point, we weren't great.
TheUltimateWinner Posted 4 October 2014 Posted 4 October 2014 Burnley fans celebrating like they've won a cup final, how did we not win.
sphericalfox Posted 4 October 2014 Posted 4 October 2014 well done to Burnley, we've played better than that, I hope Pearson can sort them out, and we come through the internationals unscathed
purpleronnie Posted 4 October 2014 Posted 4 October 2014 I thought we'd stop panicking and conceding last minute goals, seems not.
st albans fox Posted 4 October 2014 Posted 4 October 2014 looking very short on ideas and class. glad we have nine points.
Vacamion Posted 4 October 2014 Posted 4 October 2014 You can't just sit on a lead and expect never to concede. Burnley fought well and deserved a point.
SOCCERROO FOX Posted 4 October 2014 Posted 4 October 2014 2 points dropped for sure, could tell for a while we were going to concede we looked nervous the last 25 minutes. Fact is we are conceding too many goals which is concerning.
Benji Posted 4 October 2014 Posted 4 October 2014 Disgusting way to throw it away. Attack to defense and a stupid tackle. What a waste.
Sampson Posted 4 October 2014 Posted 4 October 2014 They deserved it. We just sat back and were ultra-nervous the last half hour. Schmeichel's positioning for both goals was atrocious.
Tuna Posted 4 October 2014 Posted 4 October 2014 We should have gone gung ho to get a third, we were shit in the second half. Crap free kick to give away, needless. This could really cost us at the end of the season. Fooking ruined my weekend. Not good enough by a long stretch and frankly, if we cannot beat a Burnley side at home, hopeless and missing most of their best players, low on confidence I would be extremely concerned moving forwards.
Foxhateram Posted 4 October 2014 Posted 4 October 2014 Never a freekick! The bloke was halfway down before we even got near him. Right in front of the ref who has a clear view as well! FUMING!
AKCJ Posted 4 October 2014 Posted 4 October 2014 That performance wouldn't deserve a point in league 2. How the **** we haven't beaten these I will never know. You just know what absolute arsehole will get all the praise. **** off Dyche you willy puller. Nigel has been wank today. Cried out for 3 in midfield to walk over their pathetic midfield. That's not good enough and that's the kind of performance that sends sides down. I'm sorry, but we've been awful for two games now. ****ING **** FOR ****ING DICK ***** SHIT SAKE.
lgfualol Posted 4 October 2014 Posted 4 October 2014 You just knew that would happen. Haven't scored in 600 minutes and we let in two goals. The freekick was brilliant but for **** sake. Absolutely dire.
Miquel The Work Geordie Posted 4 October 2014 Posted 4 October 2014 ****ing lucky bastards. We'd have been very, very lucky to have come away with all three. Our crossing and decision making in opposition halves is pathetic at times.
nickelbyfox Posted 4 October 2014 Posted 4 October 2014 begged for james to come on and gives away a stupid free kick - shot ourselves in the foot big time
bovril Posted 4 October 2014 Posted 4 October 2014 As Miquel said they probably deserved to win it. We were poor in the 2nd half. Goals against column is a real worry, not all teams are going to be as generous at the back as Man United.
MooseBreath Posted 4 October 2014 Posted 4 October 2014 Ok first half, diabolical 2nd. Practically begging them to get an equaliser. At home, against the worst team in the league, who are currently going through a serious injury crisis, that is a much worse result than last week at palace. Things are quickly starting to look a bit shakey.
GorlestonFox Posted 4 October 2014 Posted 4 October 2014 Burnley fans celebrating like they've won a cup final, how did we not win. Like we did against Arsenal and Everton you mean..
