Harry - LCFC Posted 13 December 2014 Posted 13 December 2014 Hamer, Simpson, Wasilewski, Morgan ©, Konchesky, Cambiasso, King, Drinkwater, Mahrez, Schlupp, Vardy will play against... Hart, Sagna, Kompany ©, Mangala, Clichy, Toure, Fernando, Nasri, Lampard, Silva, Dzeko
Torten Posted 13 December 2014 Posted 13 December 2014 Vardy as a lone striker. Not a terrible idea and now we have an extra man in midfield.
TheUltimateWinner Posted 13 December 2014 Posted 13 December 2014 Mahrez at the top of a midfield Diamond?! Proof Nigel reads the forum Edit: Saw Schlupp there, I'll stop jizzing now
Will1981 Posted 13 December 2014 Posted 13 December 2014 Mahrez at the top of a midfield Diamond?! Proof Nigel reads the forum Edit: Saw Schlupp there, I'll stop jizzing now Mahrez on the right wing, Schlupp on the left wing with vardy down the middle.
cc_star Posted 13 December 2014 Posted 13 December 2014 Finally a lineup with enough bodies so as to be able to compete in midfield... If only wed have done that against all the lesser opposition we've played since Utd we may have scrapped a few points in those games King - Cambiasso Mahrez - Drinkwater - Schlupp Vardy Why no Ulloa, who's going to hold ball up on rare occasions we may be on the front foot Sadly today I'm not sure it matters what the lineup is, so we'll probably return to 442 against the likes of Hull and get steamrollered through the middle Up the City!
jimmer Posted 13 December 2014 Posted 13 December 2014 No Nuge? injured?Time to shine Drinky.....lets see the danny of last year please
Fox92 Posted 13 December 2014 Posted 13 December 2014 Would have thought Ulloa would have been better to hold the ball up though I imagine Vardy will pressure as always, especially on that Mangala who seems to provide a mistake/foul a lot. I can't see anything else apart from three or four to them.
kingfox Posted 13 December 2014 Posted 13 December 2014 Ulloa might have a little knock, no point hoofing it today, Vardy ain't winning anything against Kompany. Happy with three in the middle, but I would of started Hammond.
Sharpe's Fox Posted 13 December 2014 Posted 13 December 2014 A result would be nice but hopefully we can get a solid performance today.
lgfualol Posted 13 December 2014 Posted 13 December 2014 Interesting. Lots of pace on a counterooni. Still gonna get ****ed
bovril Posted 13 December 2014 Posted 13 December 2014 Interesting. I think he's banking on us not seeing much of the ball today. I thought I'd try and get away this weekend but here I am again, dodgy stream on a Saturday....
ScouseFox Posted 13 December 2014 Posted 13 December 2014 I like that team, shame theirs is about 800 times better
Torten Posted 13 December 2014 Posted 13 December 2014 I'd presume Ulloa isn't 100% after his bruise against Villa.
ealingfox Posted 13 December 2014 Posted 13 December 2014 Our attacking will consist entirely of hitting it over the top and hoping Vards gets in behind Magala and Kompany and beats them for pace. Not the worst idea in the world if Vardy was able to finish his dinner at the moment.
Crinklyfox Posted 13 December 2014 Posted 13 December 2014 Just about everyone will be expecting us to get battered. Anything better than that will be a positive. I just hope that we cut out the soft goals that we've been conceding recently and give it a good go.
RowlattsFox Posted 13 December 2014 Posted 13 December 2014 Glad we've put the extra man in midfield, and it would be tough to decide between Ulloa and Vardy. Gone for the vardy in the hope he can cause them problems on the bench. Hopefully he can get on mangala and make him do something rash.
chicagofox Posted 13 December 2014 Posted 13 December 2014 Vardy as a lone striker. Not a terrible idea and now we have an extra man in midfield. It's a fcuking awful idea. Apart from that one time against Utd he hasn't looked like scoring all season. This is the worst front line, in terms if a goal threat. We have started with since the dark days of Waghorn. The gulf in class in every position today is quite frankly embarrassing. If Man City play at 75% today they should score 7 or 8. Good luck Ben. With Big Wes back and the other three in front of you you're gonna need it.
NotTheMarketLeader Posted 13 December 2014 Posted 13 December 2014 Ulloa might have a little knock, no point hoofing it today, Vardy ain't winning anything against Kompany. Happy with three in the middle, but I would of started Hammond. OMG. Tell me one material instance when Hammond has done anything to effect a game. He can't pass forward, run forward or tackle! It's your opinion I understand, but you are wrong in my opinion. SK1 beckons, come on you blue boys!
chicagofox Posted 13 December 2014 Posted 13 December 2014 Our attacking will consist entirely of hitting it over the top and hoping Vards gets in behind Magala and Kompany and beats them for pace. Not the worst idea in the world if Vardy was able to finish his dinner at the moment. That's all our attacking ever consists of.
